Best experience we've had buying a car......
Our sales consultant, Dale Schweizer, treated us great, is a gentleman and a true professional. He wasn't pushy, didn't smother us, only made us feel comfortable and answered any and all questions we had fully and in a clear, concise way. During our initial visit to the dealership, any employee we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. The Fun House of Service at Pepe
I had been dealing with a couple of dealerships before getting involved with this Gang of people at Pepe Cadillac. They are the only ones I will go to for repairs on my CTS-V. I met them a while back and I truly love them all. I also introduced my sister and my wife to them. The atmosphere with them is nothing but fun. You feel right at home. Sometimes I stay a few minute longer just to laugh and joke around with them. My wife just recently said to me that she felt real comfortable having her car serviced at Pepe. My sister truly likes them also. Pepe you really have a GREAT team at your place and I pray that you don't ever break them up. They are a bunch of wonderful people to deal with. I LOVE YOU GUYS. I travelled from Rockland county to White plains to go to Pepe Cadillac . Right from the start I felt very comfortable and at ease. Everyone involved was so nice and professional. Kenny is the best salesman I have ever dealt with and Jerry is a true professional!

Very accomidating
I went to another dealer ship for a different make car. I walked around and nobody would help us. I turned to my wife and said this is why we have to go back to caddi. They give you service

Great Experience with David PArsaud His is great. I travel from manhattan to White plains to go to Pepe...nothing is even close to the service and quality offered at Pepe's.

I'm so happy !!
I had a 2009 black Cadillac CTS. I was in love with that car but it was time for an upgrade. In a matter of a couple minutes I was sold on a new white Cadillac 2014 CTS. I am so happy because John Massaro showed me every single reason why I should love it! He was knowledgeable about the cars which made the process very quick and easy. He was extremely friendly, funny and caring. Knowing I am a college student him and Jerry made me feel like I can come back to them with any questions or help if I need. They do everything they can to make you happy. I will be coming back to John for sure when my lease is up!
