Cadillac Pre owned purchase

The sales staff, particularly David Persaud, was excellent, knowledgeable and friendly. The npurchase was made easy and the car was an excellent value. We traveled 60 miles to make the purchase.

The person who took care of me was great.

The only complaint I have is when I initially called I asked to speak to 3 different people. Was told to leave a message on all 3 calls. Very frustrating. Eventually got through.

Fast,clean and profesional

Fast, clean and profesional. This was my first time bringing my 2013 xts for service and I would by anothder cadillac just because of your service department. I owned a automotive repair shop in White Plains for 15 yrs before becoming a firefighter and I was always hoping to give my customers this kind of service but I think you guys did it better than me. thanks

service visit

As a customer of Pepe Cadillac from their opening i still bring my DTS which has115,000 miles on it and is long out of warranty to them for my service and maintenance needs. Recently i had a check engine light come on called Ron, told him the car was running roughly. He told me to bring it in. I was offered the courtesy shuttle to my home and was called and told what the problem was. Fortunately just a minor problem. When i picked up the car it was washed and brought out front to me. Getting the same kind of service when it was new and having certified techs. that know Cadillacs inside out working on my car is why at 115,000 it still runs excellently.I will continue to use Pepe for my service needs and look forward to next purchase with them.

New Lease

The entire staff at Pepe Cadillac is above and beyond polite and professional. The reason for my visit was to get an oil change, and I ended up leaving with a new lease agreement. My compliments to David Persaud the salesman. His knowledge, skills and abilities were what made my decision.
