I have purchased many cars in the past but not at this dealer and it was like they welcomed you to their home. Buying a car is stressful but they were very laid back and gave me a great experience from beginning to end.

Stressed to get a car but slept like a baby after Pepe’s
The experience was amazing everyone was so courteous - not what I experienced elsewhere. Harold the salesman was terrific. He spoke honestly to two woman who were not car buffs. He spoke to my brother on the phone along with the sales manager. My name was redeemed when they learned my brother was a car enthusiast. They walked me through the car experience, helped with all my questions and called me the next day to make sure all was great. They were the best. I’d recommend them to anyone that night I slept like a baby with no more anxiety

High level expertise
I have known Ron Bald for several years and have been working Sam Kwartler for the last couple of years as well. I recently had a mechanical issue with my Cadillac and I had to have car towed to the nearest mechanical shop-which was around 60 miles away from Pepe. The issued occurred on a Sunday so Pepe was closed. The shop called me on Monday and told me that I needed significant mechanical work to my car and they proposed to fix my car at a significant cost. I immediately reached out to Ron and asked him his thoughts about the issue and he immediately knew what the problem was with my car. Needless to say it was not what the tow truck shop told me. Ron advised me to have the car towed to Pepe and work with Sam to get this straightened out. Ron & Sam took care of my car and within 24 hours my car was fixed and ready to be picked up. Ron was spot on with his diagnosis of my car and he saved me thousands on unnecessary repairs. This is why I use Pepe Cadillac for all my service-it is because of their expertise and exceptionally service of both Ron and Sam and the entire service staff. Pepe run a tight service shop under Ron's leadership-top notch. Thank you for all your help Ron & Sam!

Customer Service- Outstanding
I needed a new battery for my Escalade after it died . Pepe Customer Service Man was dispatched to first jumpstart the vehicle but then return the next day with a new battery and he installed it right in my driveway. No time spent at the dealership and he worked around my hectic schedule. Much appreciated!

Repeatedly poor service
I have had my Escalade serviced at Pepe for four years. Each time it goes in for minor service (oil change, tire rotation, etc), it comes back with a major problem. On two separate occasions, the technicians lost the wheel locks. Another time, the car came back with a major transmission problem that was only remedied after three separate additional visits. Most recently, the car went in for an oil change and came back with the engine light on, car unable to accelerate and spewing black smoke. It’s not just Pepe that has service problems: I’ve tried Greenwich and Mount Kisco and Pepe is actually the best of the worst. Cadillac, if you are going to sell $100, 000 cars, you need to offer competent service. I have had two Cadillacs and this is the last one. It’s just not worth the frustration to have it serviced.

I can say that all of our technicians go through rigorous continuous training and take pride in their work. We were actually awarded GM Certified Elite Service status for the past 7 years running now - top 300 dealerships out of over 4500 GM dealerships in the United States for service. While it may be a coincidence that an issue happens after it was in for repair - it sounds like they are unrelated. An oil change wouldn't cause a transmission issue to arise. Excellent attention to details!
I brought my 2015 Cadillac ATS for service and regular maintaince. ALL of my issues and concerns were addressed!! The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional!! Truly a winning combination no need to go anywhere else!! Pepe is the best by far!!

Best service anyone could ask for
The people at Pepe Caddilac are just terrific! They go above and beond to make the experience a great one ! Dropped off my car and was going to take an Uber to a restaurant for lunch. Instead the Pepe driver took us to the restaurant and when my car was done (within 90 minutes ) he came to pick us up ! My car was shinny clean and all service was done perfectly. It was so great ! Thank you 😊
