Totally satisfied

From the time I walked into Pepe Cadillac, I was given nothing but top notch service! My salesman, Mr. Gerardi was excellent and went out of his way to get me into the car I was looking for. Mr Mota assisted me in setting up the "MyCadillac app on my phone. I had a cracked windshield on the car I traded in; the staff worked with my insurance company and me to make sure it was fixed without me having to take it off the lot! There were others, whose names escape, that made my experience exceptional.

Exceptional service

The Cadillac service advisor and service team were very professional and efficient. My car was immediately taken into the shop and my service advisor took the time-when my car was dropped off and picked up- to thoroughly discuss planned service, any additional needs, and review all services and pricing. Great experience!

Worth the trip!

I was looking at cars online and a nice looking 2016 ATS caught my eye, so I started to check it out. I noticed it was at Pepe Cadillac in White Plains N. Y. (I live in Bristol CT. about 85 miles away) but I gave them a call anyway. That's when I had my first conversation with Mr. Harold Mota.He was very pleasant and we spoke at length about the car and arrived at a mutually agreeable deal. I had never purchased a vehicle in quite this manner before, so I pretty much put my trust in Harold and decided to put a hold on the car with a deposit and drive down there the next day and BUY it! Well...I got lucky! From the time I walked in the door until the time I drove out in my new Caddy, I couldn't have been more pleased. He went through the process with me, took the time to go out to the car with me and show me, hands on, the various functions of the car. He even programmed my route home on the GPS. I will definitely recommend you give Harold Mota, at Pepe Cadillac, a call if you're thinking about purchasing a new vehicle. You won't be sorry. I also want to give a shout-out to G.M. Frank for all his help, and to Rick Maher for going out of his way to assist me along the way. Heck! Everyone down there was really nice. Oh, by the way... The car is beautiful and runs like a champ. Great people, great experience!

Had a great experience dealing with the guys at Pepe Cadillac. I live over an hour away and I’ll definitely be doing continued business with this dealer rather than going to the dealership 5min up the road.

I have taken my 2018 CT6 Platinum to Pepe Cadillac for service, be it routine or warranty work, a total of three times now. Every visit has been an easy and productive experience. The staff at Pepe Cadillac are nothing less than totally respectful and 100% helpful, doing everything they can to ensure my end satisfaction in having all issues addressed and rectified in a timely manner. I will continue to use Pepe Cadillac exclusively for service / repair work on my CT6 and wife's '14 SRX Well done to the entire Pepe Cadillac staff.
