Sam is great but whomever worked on my car is suspect.

I came here for a oil change and Sam was a true gentleman. He followed everything by the book. The issue I have with this dealership because I just got a timing chain gasket replacement done on my car and the master technician for GM told me whomever last did an oil change on your car did not use the proper drain plug on your car it was basically a Jerry rigged setup for a plug and gasket. He had told me even if they did not put this plug in they should have told me that that one was not the proper one.( dealerships are there to make money and a drain plug does not cost much) I am not sure why they would not say anything. I appreciated the customer service I received but that really concerns me as far as the main reason you come to service which is to get your car worked on.

Great Salesman

The Salesmen specifically worked to find out my requirements and then worked to match my needs to various vehicles in inventory. Additionally there finance person did not try to over sell add-on’s

Service When Needed

When my “need service” light appeared I immediately contacted Pepe Cadillac. Sam Kwartler and his professional service team were there for me. Several hours later and with a “smile,” I was on my way home with the comfortable feeling that all was well! Thanks Pepe Cadillac.

Mercedes brother said he loves my new Cadillac and might eve

Pepe Cadillac personnel were wonderful. They walked me through the whole process from shopping to buying and I’m not much of a car buff. They spoke long distance with my brother who really understands cars. They were impressed with his knowledge and we were able to discuss the car I was about to buy in great detail. i am very excited with my new car and I knew I did well when I drove to the Jersey shore and my Mercedes driving brother sat in the car abd exclaimed, “Wow I really like your car I might get one of these Cadillac SUVs myself.”

Exceptional Service

Easy check-in, greeted me by name, comfortable waiting area, fast, even washed and vacuumed my car. Sam Kwartler, Service Rep, was friendly, knowledgeable and processed paperwork quickly. There was even a follow-up thank-you note left in car from Ron Bald, Service Director. Great place, great people!

Professional and Courteous.....A well run dealership

I have brought my car to this dealership since I purchased the vehicle new from another dealership in a different county. They have welcomed me and always remember how I like my car to be - CLEAN. This service appointment was critical since the car was misfiring. They accepted the car immediately, diagnosed the problem, and returned the car to me super quickly. Sam watched over the repair and made sure that all items were completed properly...and even remembered to do the inspection which would have expired in a few weeks. Kudos to the Pepe Staff!

The best dealership in the country by far!!
