Great dealership but Cadillac policies restrictive

My complaint is with Cadillac not with the dealership. My car was 18% short of the next oil change and the dealership was not able to do it because Cadillac, the company, would not reimburse them. The car was 900 miles short of a tire rotation and again the dealer was restricted in doing the work. Cadillac, the company needs to be more flexible with service guidelines. The current overly restrictive policy will significantly impact my decision to purchase another Cadillac.

Great Service and staff

My experience with the dealer was great. He did a great job at getting me what I was looking for and he was able to answer all my questions. Everyone at the dealership was very professional and made me more inclined to lease the cadillac ATS.

Very Satisfied with Pepe Cadillac Service Dept

Ronnie Bald (your service rep) and your dealership are very professional - Ron is always accessible, courteous, and accomodating to my schedule and repair needs. Pepe is a very friendly and competent dealership. In addition to my Escalade, I now bring my Chevy SUV to Pepe Cadillac for service. Keep it up!

Great service, people,facility

srx taken care of in a fast and professional manner came in for oil and filter change,plus tire rotation. Car delivered back cleaned inside and outside could not be more pleased. Curdos to Pepe Cadllace

Great service and clean service department

The dealership is extremely clean and the service department is top notch. Ronald Bald did a great job of relaying the service issues to me in a timely and professional manner..Would definitely recommend the dealership to my friends and family.

Oil Change

very customer friendly work completed quickly one minor issue- service worker did not change my dashboard message center to indicate oil life remaining no label or sticker placed on outside driver's side front windshield to indicate mileage or date for next oil change otherwise very satisfied with overall service

dedicated Cadillac Consumer

This was my third service call in a short period of time for different reasons. This is the one time that i can say I hope I don't have to visit Pepe soon. Marc Chandler is always a pleasure to work with; He and the rest of the service team make us feel valued and contribute to a very favorable experience

Great Service

As always, service at Pepe Cadillac is excellent! We actually look forward to driving up to White Plains to have our car serviced at Pepe. From the salesmen to the mechanics, quality service is received. Glad to be a customer!

Leasing a new car

I was leasing a Mercedes-Benz C300 for the last 6 years. Had 2 leases, of 3 years each but the car was very low, close to pavement surface and we decided to switch to a crossover type. We entered the Pepe Cadillac dealership, were welcomed by Mr. john Gerardi and he was able to convince us that the CRX AWD model will best fit our requirements. It was done the same day. John, methodically and with a lot of patience, showing intimate knowledge of the car walked us through all details and after a short test drive my wife and I decided to start a new lease. We highly recommend Pepe Cadillac dealership and particularly Mr. John Gerardi as best and nicest salesman.
