These dealerships really depend on you being uniformed, ignorant and gullible to make money. Stay away, or if you're in the business of buying a car and losing money, go ahead and visit them. They were terrible 20 years ago and its a shame to know their deceptive practices still have not changed. Once again, another Jeep dealership that pushes what they want on you, lying to your face about payoff amounts, and then getting upset at you when you point it out.

Stay away from this dealership!
Stay away from this dealership! They did thousands of dollars worth of damage to my vehicle. They agreed to fix some of the damage over 30 days ago. I keep trying to coordinate the repair ( to be done at another shop that they chose and agreed to pay for) however now they don’t return my call and the shop that was to do the repairs can not get a return call from them either.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this
I’m very disappointed with my experience at this dealership. I was excited to see this car. The advertised price for the car was around $18,500 online, and I was told the cash price would be about $20,800. However, once I arrived, they tacked on a slew of additional fees, bringing the total to $24,500. How do you justify a $6,000 jump from the initial price? The sales representative I worked with was nice and professional, but unfortunately, the manager showed no interest in helping to resolve the situation or explaining the discrepancy. This lack of transparency and disregard for customer service left me feeling like my time was completely wasted. This dealership clearly only cares about money and not the people. Money is the only thing that matters to them, which is a huge red flag. Obviously, money is important in any business, but we are not spending a few dollars. We’re talking about thousands of dollars. For them not to care about the customer is just greedy. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone who values honesty, clear communication, or good customer service.

Last week after talking to supposed internet
Last week after talking to supposed internet sales department and setting up a meeting with the woman representative that told us she would be there the next day to help us expedite our car purchase, we arrived the next day only to find she was not there as promised. After at least 3 calls, emails, texts giving info ,trade, cash, specific personal information, we arrived and and basically started the whole process from scratch as they acted as if they had no information. I suspect that the internet sales department is not at the dealer to begin with but is an off dealership location just collecting calls. I can’t prove that though. We arrived at 12:45 am and left at 5 pm after a (Dog and Pony show) low balling our trade , saying that they wouldn’t even put it on there sales lot and it would be wholesaled out to car max for $13000 as it was to old to get financing for prospective customers. KBB was Average at $17500. So we told them we would pay cash instead. Even at full price with all the xx fees they refused our offer and would only accept cash if we purchased three worthless items from the financial dept and agreed to finance the car for at least 3 months (WHAT!). The extra add on items were scratch and dent warranty (On a car that is not made of metal so it would not apply) a clear wipe on fluid formula that would protect the infotainment screen for $200 and a service to locate the car if it were stolen (that’s what onstar does for free). So basically they want to negate cash, trade in, at full price plus fees in order to burden you with terms and extra crap you will never use. The salesman to manager show of going back and forth was exhausting as well as a joke. I tried to walk and talk my friend out of the purchase but they kept up there game ,wearing her down. After a failed no show for the internet sales, failure to get the sale done in expedited time, the sales show, lies about the trade, demands of purchasing useless add on and a very skilled slight of hand show we ad insult to injury this am by finding that the trade in was in fact a newly listed addition to there used car inventory at about $10 more that there offer. BEWARE of the lower than normal fees to entice buyers to buy as once you walk through the door you are at there mercy. I’ve never experienced such a dishonest, misleading, bait and switch dealer before. My advice would be to step clear of them at all cost. I hope that Karma serves them well.

I live two hours away so I called up to see if we could
I live two hours away so I called up to see if we could try and work out pre lim numbers over the phone. When I called to speak with them the receptionist was not very friendly which stood out because typically they should be happy you want to call and talk to sales. Then I got a salesperson and she was also just very monotone and seemed like she didnt want to talk to me. I literally was ready to drive over and purchase a 50K vehicale and was already approved through my bank. I do have a trade in so put all the trade in info in the link and she said someone would call me back... no one contacted me. Just overall I feel like no one cares. Also I told her I lived two hours away her response was "can you just take a short drive down here? My manager makes that drive everyday its not that far"... umm you want me on my day off to drive 4 hours round trip without knowing if Im going to buy it? Like can we just have a convo to get some stuff worked out before I come in. She then said she would try to have someone call me but they prioritize people who come in so I should come in or could wait a few days to have someone call me to answer questions about the vehicle. I just feel like they dont want to sell me anything. Sad because I was 95% sure I was going to go buy it if the numbers sounded right but we never even got that far. Also with how unfriendly and unhelpful they were I dont think I want to give them my business.

We are sorry that you did not have a good experience at the dealership. I am sorry that we could not come to an exact price on the vehicle that you were interested in over the phone. After your conversation with our Sales representative our sales manger Jeff Dennen did reached out to you but you opted out of any future contact. If you decide you would like to speak to someone again who can help you please do not hesitate to give us a call. Thank you Don Queen BDC Manager 407/287-4433
This is an unfortunate and disheartening story.
This is an unfortunate and disheartening story. We had no choice but to inform the bank to freeze and cancel a $40K check made out to Napleton Clermont due to significant discrepancies with the 2023 Tesla Model Y we purchased. The car, which had 5,400 miles on it, was originally priced at $42K and later reduced, yet it still didn’t align with the $38K price listed on TrueCar.com. Upon receiving the vehicle, we were shocked by its poor condition. It was extremely dirty, far from what we had expected. Adam Alsughair, the salesman we dealt with, misrepresented the car’s condition when we signed the contract. It hadn’t been cleaned, the battery wasn’t fully charged, and the tire pressure—supposed to be at 42 PSI—was well below that on all tires. Additionally, the tires had not been rotated since the car had reached 5,000 miles, a fact the car’s computer system on the Tesla monitor clearly confirmed. In the end, we returned and dumped the 2023 Tesla Model Y to Napleton Clermont, handed it back with both key cards, and walked away with peace of mind. They never contacted us afterward, seemingly left to swallow their pride. Let this story serve as a warning to all buyers: always check TrueCar.com for accurate pricing, and never sign a contract until you’ve meticulously inspected the vehicle for any issues.

I bought a brand new Dodge Ram 1500 from Napleton in
I bought a brand new Dodge Ram 1500 from Napleton in Clermont FL. I've had nothing but problems with their service department. IF you can actually talk to someone and actually get any answers or a appointment consider yourself lucky! I've called 4 times today to get a pretty costly repair done, twice I was told I'd get a call back. I never did. Once call I was told :they're all standing out front, that's why they're not answering the phones " the final time I was on hold for what seemed like 30 minutes. I have never had a good experience with Napleton. I would rather drive 50 miles to another dealer.
