We Are Moving to a Different dealership!

We purchased our SUV in December 2022. Service was good in the beginning. Today is the last straw! Service has declined substantially over the 8 months. During that time we have purchased upgrades and maintenance packages. Having to repeat warranty a few times because of not correcting. Last week we scheduled an appointment to have an oil change and tire rotation for 9:15. It took over 30 minutes to get checked in and then was told it would be 2.5 hours before the vehicle will be ready. Really? Obviously their organization is NOT organized. We are done.

My 2021 Grand Cherokee was towed to Napleton Jeep in

My 2021 Grand Cherokee was towed to Napleton Jeep in Clermont for a no start problem. Without an appointment, they had my car ready in 2 days. A special thanks to service advisor Ryan and the service manager John. John is friendly, knowledgeable and focused. No wonder his service department is so efficient! Thank you! Sue and Nick P.

Best car purchase ever!

Our sales representative Yoseli was amazing from start to finish. We brokered an amazing deal and she put everything together with such efficiency and speed. The manager Steve was very approachable, focused and helped us have a great experience with our purchase. The atmosphere in this dealership is awesome, I would highly recommend.

I had an appointment for Friday 11:30am to diagnose dash

I had an appointment for Friday 11:30am to diagnose dash lights on. Friday I was told they didn’t get to me, Saturday they said. Saturday afternoon I followed up and was told they didn’t do that on the Saturday’s. Sunday followed up told it was still in line to be looked at by the service dealer and then told by the secretary they only do oil changes on Sunday. Three days of nothing, a complete waste of time. Will be getting the Jeep back from them and going to Christen auto. Very disappointed, unprofessional, and just kept lying to me about the service being done. I should of listened more to the poor online reviews.

¡¡¡DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! READ BELOW!!!! I arrived the dealership with a Pre-Approval letter from my Bank. I showed it to the Salesman (Oscar) and the Sales Manager (Carlos Argenzio) and told him that I WAS ONLY APPROVING MY BANK TO BE CONTACTED FOR MY FINANCING. I WROTE THE BANK NAME IN THE PAPER SHEET I WAS PRESENTED WITH AND REPEATEDLY TOLD BOTH OF THEM THAT I WAS ONLY AUTHORIZING MY PERSONAL BANK TO BE CONTACTED FOR MY CREDIT INQUIRY AND APPLICATION. WE DID NOT REACH A DEAL WITH THE BMW I WAS INTERESTED IN AND THATS COMPLETELY FINE. I RESPECTFULLY LEFT THE DEALERSHIP AND WENT HOME. A COUPLE DAYS AFTER, WHE N I REVIEWED MY CREDIT REPORTS, THEY CONTACTED 8 DIFFERENT BANKS AND PULLED MY CREDIT WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. 8 DIFFERENT BANKS NOT INCLUDING THE BANK I AUTHORIZE AND REQUESTED TO ONLY BE USED FOR MY CASE. AFTER 3 WEEKS TRYING TO GET AHOLD OF A GENERAL MANAGER, the GSM ENDED UP CALLING ME AND THEIR ONLY EXCUSE WAS THAT AFTER YOU SIGN A CREDIT FORM THEY CAN REACH OUT TO PULL YOUR CREDIT TO ANY BANK!!!! BASICALLY MY REQUEST AND SIGNATURE WERE NOT TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION AND THEY BASICALLY DID WHATEVER THEY WANTED. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO LOOK AT ANOTHER DEALER WERE SALESMAN AND SALES MANAGERS INCLUDING GM’S WERE STRAIGHT AND HONEST WHEN MANAGING SOMETHING AS IMPORTANT AS OUR CREDIT!!!! MY EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE AND THE PROCESS TO GET AHOLD OF SOMEONE TOLD ME THAT THE FOLLOW UP PROCESS WOULD BE THE WORST. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

STAY AWAY

I have bought two trucks here, 1st experience was positive (unfortunately it had a lemon of an engine) so I traded it in and upgraded. 2nd experience was more old school, sales person I was tt would bring in the guy in cubicle next to him as his sales manager, more pressure and constant calling lol. Now to service - I only bring my truck here for prepurchased services and warranty work. I wouldn’t recommend the service department here in any facet. From first touch when you pull to communication when you’re done. Zero’s across the board. I had scheduled an appt for an oil change (express allegedly) - 2 1/2 hours later I was leaving. During that experience I inquired about a recall notice I got about the ignition that could cause accidents and they said they needed to order the part. Than - Crickets - months later I get a second recall notice for my truck so I go online and schedule with Napleton to do my recall. When I pull up at my appointment time 8:00 a.m. 1st contact asked why I am there so I share - he walks away leaving me at the truck - 10 minutes later another guy come up and asks how can I help you???? Huh??? What is the first guy for. Than sharing I need the two recall items addressed they say they need the truck the entire day to figure out what parts to order. Really?? RAM identifies there is a recall and you can’t figure out what parts? Asked if there was anyway I could it back by 2/2:30 I needed to get my kids from school. Tech told me he let me know once they got it in back and looked at it - Crickets - I reach at 2 and by the grace of God he just got notified it was good to go. It’s now 3:36 and I’m still sitting at the dealership waiting to get my truck. STAY AWAY!!!!

Stay clear. Will not stand by their work.

Editing to add: I took my car to another shop. They quickly found the issue was due to a faulty ignition switch. They repaired it, and the van runs perfectly. Napleton has refused to work with me in terms of reimbursement, so I’m out thousand due to their lousy work. Original: This place is a nightmare. I brought my car in because I had trouble getting it to start. I had an appointment for Tuesday at 9:30am. They didn't even start looking at it until Thursday. They told me they couldn't replicate the problem, but it was likely the fuel pump, and recommended it replaced. I asked if they were sure it was the fuel pump and not electrical, they said absolutely, so I okayed the $1800 repair. They told me to come pick it up, and literally as soon as I got it home, it wouldn't start again. I made another appointment, dropped it off on Tuesday. I showed them video and sent it to them via email of the problem. They didn't look at it until Thursday, and said they couldn't replicate the problem. This is where it gets fun. I asked them then if they'd buy it. They transferred me to sales, who said when they plugged it in, so many problems showed up that it would be too expensive to repair and sell, so the best they could do was offer me $1,000 and sell it at auction. Remember, the service department told me no codes were popping up and it was fine. At that point, the red flags were just waving around, so I said I would just pick the vehicle up. I drove it right to another shop. I emailed the dealer explaining the above and asking for a refund. Brian Hessler called me back and said I needed to bring it in for a third time. When I said I was uncomfortable because of the many reasons listed above, he said there was nothing he could do for me reimbursement wise since there's no proof of a problem. My husband and I were actually on the lot looking at a Dodge Challenger they had for sale, but now there is no way I'd ever do business with this dealer again.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! Ripoffs. They lied to me about who I would meet (had appt with manger and blew me off to new salesperson with no authority to do anything) and also about what models were in stock. Then played typical BS old school pressure tactics dealership moves. Tried to make me test drive car I told them I did not want. Tried charge above sticker extra 5K claiming chip shortage issues when that BS ended months ago.. They are complete ripoffs!
