Worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with in all
Worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with in all my years of owning cars! My 2021 Durango SRT went in for warranty work from August 28th to September 10th. In 13 days only one of the 4 main issues was resolved, with no plan or options presented for a solution in the future. It is important to consider the quality of customer service you can expect when it’s time for your car to be repaired. If you’re accustomed to having “Service Advisors” who follow through with promises they make, then you may want to choose another Chrysler/Dodge Dealership, even if it means driving out of your way to a neighboring city.

Napleton Clermont is just a scam.
Napleton Clermont is just a scam. For some reason they give bad deals, they make racist remarks, they disrespect the customer and provide no solutions. Sales Manager Abe is ok, Sales Manager Megan was very disrespectful, I have been trying to contact GM Bob for some time to no response. It’s a shame they trash like that a great American brand

Scammed by Napletons Clermont.
Scammed by the service center!! Yesterday (8/11/22) I took my Ram 2500 to the Napleton service center in Clermont to have an issues resolved. The issue is the “service electronic breaking system”. I also asked for the oil to be changed and to do a tire rotation and balance. Today (8/12/22) I received a text saying the parts are back ordered and would not be available for the next few weeks and there would be no charge since this is the third time I have had this same issue with the same truck. The last time was a year and a half ago and the same dealer completed the work. They asked in the same text if I still wanted the maintenance still completed on my truck, to which I agreed. They text me back and said the service was complete and I would need to have them order an new part for the same problem and I would have to pay $500 to have it fix. I arrived at the service department and spoke with them about why I now had to pay for the part they originally replaced. They told me they would replace one part but think it would be a good idea for me to pay for additional part which is the real problem. I did not understand that, but I need my truck, so I said go ahead and order it and agreed to pay for the item now. They told me I could just pay when the part came in, in a few weeks. I then asked to pay for my oil change and tire rotation and he told me it was $998.00. I ask why it was so high and they told me that was the price for service. I asked for the break down and he told me they changed the fuel filters (I replaced them myself less than a month ago and would not have asked for that). He told me it was in the text message he sent me, in a PDF file. I looked at the text again and there was nothing (no PDF file) in the text about the fuel filters. He then told me they replaced the air filter and the cabin filter. Again I did not asked for any of this work. I told him I only wanted the oil change and the tires rotated. He told me he would have to talk to the manager about it. He came back and said he would take the fuel filters off the price ($300). I told him I did not ask for or agree or sign for any of the other work to be done. He then took me to his managers office. I explained the same thing to the manager and he said we were at an impasse. He ended up charging me the full price $998.00. Sure is a sad thing where this dealership takes advantage of a retired person on a fixed income. Extremely disappointed because I just moved to the area and already been taken for $700+ dollars.
