All I can say is WOW! Bob, Kyle and Company have earned my business and all my referrals! I will send others from other brands to visit this store and ONLY this store! They truly earned my business and trust. I feel like family after working with Napleton! Thank you guys for everything!

I had purchased 2 used cars from this dealer and went back for new car. 3rd time was not a charm. I had texted my previous salesman (Kyle). After telling me it was his day off, he told me to come on in and ask for him. I was then met by a manager (Chadd) who, after calling the salesman, hands me off to another salesman (Abraham). We decide on a vehicle and then I end up being handed off again to another manager (JR) who makes me a “great” deal. Little did I know that deal had an expiration of midnight. Once bank approval came back the next day, the amount financed went up $8,000. Trying to call them to get questions answered went no where. Salesman texted me that the final number was the best deal they could offer. Manager that I spoke with previous day did not return my call after saying he would call me right back with the salesman. Very disappointing. Thought I had found a good one.
