Jeep Compass 2018

Where to start bought a Jeep Compass from Napelton in Clermont Fl in Jan 2018, the back seat had a stain appear and took it twice to be detailed and the stain was gone but then appeared a few days later, took it to Napelton and they took pics and sent it to Chrysler, Chrysler was willing to pay for the new seat but Napelton said it was something we did to the seat how crazy is that, they sell you a vehicle and after you leave the lot that’s where it ends , we will never go back to them for anything pertaining to our vehicle or recommend them to anyone.

They promise me lifetime warranty on my transmission.

After 5 years I go back and they say the computer doesn’t have that information. My bad that I didn’t have proved of what they promised. I believed it! Please have everything handwritten and signed. I will never buy another car there.

A Friend asked Me to Get a New Vehicle

Holly asked Me to Trade in my 2014 Durango for a New Durango. She set an Appointment for Me, and made the Experience very Easy. She even worked Inventory to Obtain the Trim Level which I wanted with All the Features I wanted and some Great Upgrades. Fabulous !

Horrible experience

My boyfriend and I went into this dealership to buy either a used or new car. We were shown a used car that we were interested in did a test drive and then started the paperwork to see if we could get financed. In the meantime they said that it would be better if we try and look at a new car because the banks would like that better. So we test drove and picked out a brand new vehicle that they guaranteed us that the bank would approve. After waiting another 2 hours they basically told us that we needed to have $2,000 for a down payment. The finance manager that was on told us we come back with $2,000 we will get financed for a car. So we took matters into our own hand the next day and got $2,000 down for a car. Then we went back and talk to them and then they told us no that's not right we have to have $8,000 down. There is never any truth behind the financing. When I asked the finance manager the day we were in the dealership he told us that we were approved with a primary and a secondary lender. At no time did he say anything about a pending approval. The next day when I said we had the $2,000 down the other finance manager that I spoke with advised me that it was only a pending approval. This dealership obviously has communication problems and also waste your time and your dreams. I tried to reach out to upper management regarding these issues and still not have returned any of my calls. It's obvious that they know that they were in the wrong and they're just not willing put their big boy panties on and admit so.
