Wow - Used Vehicle Purchased
I went into this dealership because they were advertising a vehicle that I wanted and it was already discounted. After "making the deal" I was told that my wear and tear items would be 50% or more. So my tires would be at least 50%, they only had less than 3 months left with only 1/32 left on the tread! Yikes!!! They did not fill up the tank with gas, they didn't even fill up the windshield wiper fluid! I called back to ask about the tires and the brakes but they constantly gave me the runaround. I had to purchase my own tires and get the brakes verified. I would NOT purchase another vehicle here in the future.

Don’t stand by their customers
We have a Dodge Ram went in for recall ended up needing extensive work while there items were stolen out of center console and box in bed of truck. Notified the owner Bob Barnette back in September also dealt with service manager and district manager. We keep being told they are looking into it? Well we are in March and nothing has ever been done by dealership to rectify the situation. We should of been taken care of as a customer immediately and we were not... Not ever!

Do not buy from Napleton
Purchased 2005 wrangler in 2015 and went to trade at another dealer today.. vehicle was in a bad crash that deployed airbags in 08 and we were not notified or given carfax. When we went to trade today, the value of Jeep was less than 1/2 due to accident... Also put hated a 2019 Cherokee and it shut off while driving and caused steering to lock up at 40mph.. Chrylser or Napleton did not care. They said it would have to happen more often to consider safety issue.. who cares if you get injured or die due to issue, please stay away

Dishonest
I have purchased several vehicles from here. The sales team is excellent, I consider them my friends now. However I give the dealership 3 stars because I would honestly give a negative rating regarding the remainder of the dealership. The sales team gets so frustrated with the issues they have in the service and car prep areas. Twice now I have paid for service that was never done. First time was a simple tire rotation, I paid the fee, went home and got a nail in a tire the next day, I went to change it and realized that the security lug nut key was in my garage, I forgot to put it in the car. I later questioned Naplteton's service department, they admitted the rotation was obviously not done since they did not have the key. Next time was yesterday, alignment, rotate, balance, and oil change. Got my vehicle back, paid the 200+ fee and it still pulled to the right, the oil indicator still showed old oil and the tires were never pulled off the vehicle. I know to look now for clues since I had a bad experience in the past. Be careful, someone in the service department is not being truthful with their work. I hope they correct this issue, the sales team doesn't deserve this.

Dishonest

Oil change
I visited Napleton on Friday 1/25 for an oil change. After almost waitng two hours. They returned my white charger with black smears marks in which the mechinc didn't even bother to clean off, then on top of that my car have have scrates on the on the front near the hood. I spoke with the manger. He said he would let the gentleman know and gave me his contact. I called on Monday 1/28 and left a voicemail for him to contact me or my husband and he didn't. I called back later after I got off work and his reply was yes, I heard about what happened and got your voicemail. He stated he wasn't sure the tech done it. My reply was their was no scratches on my car before I broght it in for service. I am very disappointed because my husband purchased my car from Napleton in Clermont and for this kind of treatment is unacceptable. He didn't show no type of concern but I can bring it in for them to take a look at it. I guess from now on I will take a picture of my car tje next time in front of them before send it back for an oil change
