The best dealership in the Monroe county area!! I would recommend this dealership to anyone even if they didn't live in Monroe. Our salesman was nick and he is a awesome person!! He worked with us and made sure we got into a vehicle we could afford! Amazing experience!

I found their service department to be very friendly courteous and thorough in their inspection of my vehicle and the recommendations they made for its repair. I was a little shocked at what they found needed repairing on my vehicle though.

I came in just expecting an oil change and when I struck a conversation with my sales guy Aimen, he told me of the new incentives and rebates out and how my payment would be LOWER a month. No other words needed to be spoken! Very happy lady!!

Nothing worse than the front end of your Rendezvous making ugly noises when you're 200 miles from your home in West Michigan and on your way to a memorial service in Southern Ohio. Pulled off I-75 and found Groulx. Service manager got us right in despite the fact they were very busy. Diagnosed problem. Said we could complete our trip safely and get it fixed when we got home. Gave us two free lunch coupons to use at the cute little pub next door while they had the car up on the hoist checking it out. ALL FOR NO CHARGE! Sure gonna "pay it forward" when we have a chance. At Groulx they know me and treat me like a queen. I get all my service done there and I don't shop for cars anywhere else. This relationship has been built over several years, but I have always been happy with their eagerness to get me what I want.

We were extremely satisfied with our experience with Groulx with the purchase of our GMC Sierra. We had not bought a GMC vehicle for some time and were pleased upon our return with how we were treated by Mike from the time he first met us as we were looking in the lot at the Sierras to the time he spent in the new vehicle explaining all the features of the truck. Joel (finance) also was very informative and patient. What we were told to expect (from the installation of the assist steps and the Rhino liner) came through as expected and timely.

Grouix Buick is a distance away from my home but I'm so glad we came there to purchase our cars. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. Mike Holhman is our salesman and we want to say he is the very best. Did his best in finding us the car we wanted also worked hard to get best deal. My husband was driving a Jeep Grand Cherokee and when I got my 2014 LaCrosse he seen how smooth and quiet it was he traded the jeep in for a 2015 Enclave. Mike goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy and satisfied when we drive our new cars off the lot. This year I traded my Leased 2014 LaCrosse in and got a 2015 LaCrosse. The incentives were amazing my husband is a GM retiree so that was a plus. In the past we have purchased cars from other dealers but never found a great dealership as Grouix Buick. I'm so glad Mike Hohlman answered when I first called and we have dealt with him ever since. He is very personable and helpful. All the staff at Grouix are very friendly and make you feel like family. I can't say enough about your dealership and staff and service. The girls were very friendly in service. They worked me right in .I had no appointment. They called the following day. To quote price. This is the second time this happened . Both times big jobs. The finished in a timely fashion and everyone was very professional. The car now runs great ! Thank You to all the staff !
