oil change after trip to S. Dakota and car brand new. 4400 miles on it mostly om exwways at high speeds. some speeds in S.Dakota were 80 MPH + so wanted so get it serviced. Dealership very efficient as usual comfortable waiting room with coffee, Doug service mgr is always so hospitable and takes care of each customer with a smile and right away. Keeps us informed of what is found and how long wait will be. always a pleasure to go there, people are friendly and talkative and care about you during your wait. I keep returning as it is a comfortable place to buy a car. Love Harold our salesman too!

Customer Service
We have been shopping around for a new vehicle - stopped into Groulx to look at the Encore. salesperson made contact and advised he was there to assist in any way possible . Told us to look and if we needed help to let him know. This is the first time at any dealership that I was not followed or pressured. It was nice to look without someone telling me about the vehicle.

SERVICE
DOUG, JENNIFER and the ENTIRE SERVICE DEPARTMENT are the BEST!!!!!! I know when I take my truck in, it will be repaired and done right!!!! One of the main reasons I buy my trucks at Groulx, I can count on Doug and Jennifer to keep me up to date on all of my truck maintenance schedules. DOUG IS WHAT MAKES GROULX THE BEST!!!!!!!!! Excellent Service
Excellent service, fair pricing, was kept notified on current situation(vehicle was there for 3 days)and received loaner car to use. I cannot ask for anything more. I am very happy with the service department.

Great service, friendly staff, good value
I bought my 2012 Impala in for "check engine" light. I was greeted by Jennifer Harmon promptly at 7:30. I asked for additional service that I had not asked for when I scheduled, and was told it would not be a problem. I was very pleased with the service I received, the time it took to complete and the prices for the oil change & tire rotation that I requested. Everyone I came in contact with at Groulx treated me like a welcome friend, Jennifer, the service manager, and the young man who would wash my car. I live out in Temperance, but will definately make the drive & schedule my future vehicle service needs with Groulx. The only suggestion that I have for you is to call/text the customer when a job that will take more than an hour is completed.
