Can’t say enough about Hendrick Toyota.We went a little out of our way to get there.It was well worth the time.Tom McClay was great and helped me find the exact car for me.The whole experience was relaxed and stress free. I am very pleased.

I drive my cars to around the 150K mile mark and was needing to replace my aging 2012 Highlander soon. I had purchased it at another dealership, and while I loved the car, my buying experience with them had been less then stellar. So on a whim, I went out last Saturday to do a bit of shopping around. I went to another well-known place to get a written quote for my trade in, but they were swamped with customers on a Saturday and I preferred to go someplace that offered a better warranty on their vehicles. So I went to Hendrick Toyota in Apex and met Tom McClay there. He's you're friendly, next door neighbor, best friend's Dad type. Very easy to speak with and equally happy to tell you how much he enjoys his job and family. I told him I was in the market for a newer Highlander, so Tom took me right over to the row of used Highlanders on the lot, I picked one to test drive, liked it, and asked what they could do for a trade in. They matched the other dealer's offer, gave me a good deal on basic maintenance (oil changes / tire rotations) for the next few years, and were generally very easy to work with. Although I waited a little longer to complete the paperwork than I anticipated, it was pretty painless. Tom and his finance manager arranged for my previously loan to be paid off with the balance of my trade-in applied to the new loan, and took care of all of the financing and title transfer paperwork. Within a few hours, I left with a newer vehicle that I'm very pleased with and will be referred friends and family to this dealership in the future, which I was very pleased with. I even get free car washes for as long as I own the vehicle... great job to Tom and great service from Hendrick Toyota of Apex!

I seriously hate car shopping. I kept putting it off, but decided to start by looking online. Jennifer Stern from Hendrick reached out to me and asked me what I was looking for. Then she invited me in to test drive the cars I was interested in and answered all of my questions. I never felt pressured. It was clear that she wanted me to get what I wanted. I left without a car because they didn't have the interior color I wanted. Two days later she called me and told me they had been able to trade for one. I went in to see it and it fit the bill perfectly. Before I left (with the car) she went through all of its features and even set up my phone for me. And, she followed up with me the next day. This was truly the best car shopping experience I have ever had!
