New car buy experience

Had a wonderful experience at Hendrick Toyota, Apex, NC. The product specialist ,Sarena Williams helped in test drive different models and in decision making based on my budget. The finance department helped me closing out the loan process. I had booked for test drive , and bought car in few hours.

Lies

Very unfair they lied when giving a price then totally changed there mind..knowing they had me in a bind because I had no choice if they lied to me they will lie to the public...bunch of disrespectful people not a professional business go somewhere else to but your car my husband told me he would never recommend these people to anyone

Great service

The reps were very professional. I was notified promptly of additional repairs needed and given advice as to as to whether the reccomendations could be deferred until later. Overall great service.

Time is money

Service has been on the decline during my most recent visits, especially around wait time for simple, basic services. For example, this morning I had the first appointment block of the day at 6:00 a.m. I arrived at 5:45 a.m. I waited. My car wasn?t ready until after 7:30. I came in for a tire rotation. A tire rotation. 90 minutes for a tire rotation. It was ~$40. Frustrated - and for comparison - I took my other Highlander to Discount Tire later that day. They did a rotation in under 20 minutes and it cost $0. The number one most valuable thing to me is my time. Hendrick Service? Going forward I?ll decide and assess whether to use Toyota Dealer Service based on level of service and expertise needed. For general maintenance ? no way.
