This pertains to the service department. Extremely poor customer service from the service advisors. It feels like they could care less about your vehicle and are just clocking hours. It's almost impossible to get someone on the phone. It you opt for the "call back" option, no one actually calls you back. The service manager was no better. I asked him a question and he didn't even look at me when he answered. Standing in front of me, he looked off to my right the whole time. It was rude and unprofessional. I hate going to this dealership.

Highly Recommend I’ve purchased many cars over the years Chris is by far the easiest and most knowledgeable person to work with. His passion is the car industry and it shows - he doesn’t mess around with cars that have any red flags or cut corners when it comes to selling high quality, solid cars at a good price. I felt he had my best interests in mind, wasn’t pushy or aggressive whatsoever. Highly recommend working with Chris to buy your next vehicle!

Well this visit was not as pleasant as previous visits.
Well this visit was not as pleasant as previous visits. Service was supposed to set me up with a car from Enterprise to meet me at work. It never showed up, I ended up walking to the dealership thankfully it was just three or four miles from work. I had to leave my vehicle overnight for repairs. The next day I did not receive a call from the service department to let me know the status of my vehicle. I tried to reach out to the service advisor, turns out he had the day off. Mean while I'm without a vehicle. Very unsatisfied with the dealership service on this visit.

My service advisor was spot on with every detail of the reasons I was there, explained each recall and what was about to take place. Mike the service tech’s video of my truck as he walk around and covered each detail was amazing, confirmed my feelings about how proud I am of my truck.
