The process included locating the car online, Calling in then James assisted me in locating my top three choices; once picked, he arrange for me to test drive and take a physical inspection of the vehicle I was inquiring about; after careful inspection, I decided to move forward, and I was in and out the dealership in about an hour and some change. James really made the experience great by following up and making sure I was aware of all the bells and whistles for days to follow the sale. This dealership always takes longer than the Cadillac dealership to complete services. What takes 2 to 3 hours at the Cadillac dealership takes more than a day at this dealership.Neither dealership keeps the customer informed of progress and the video inspection provided by this dealership is unintelligible due to the background noise.
