Outstanding Service Experience
My family and I were traveling back from vacationing on the Florida Gulf Coast to our home in Kentucky when our 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan blew a heater core supply/return hose assembly spewing coolant all over which lead to the engine to begin to overheat. We were on I-65 just south of I-459. The van was towed into the dealership on a Sunday afternoon. I talked with Paul Borge at 7:30am on Monday morning and he was confident they could have us back on the road that day. Not only were they able to replace the broken part, they also were able to take care of an overlooked maintenance item they brought to my attention that left unattended might have resulted in another roadside breakdown. We were on the road at 12:30pm Monday afternoon back on our way home. Paul and the entire service organization did an outstanding job getting us getting us back on track after our breakdown. Thanks to all!!

Service Dept. Is horrible
I have purchased two used trucks and one new Jeep since Dec., the sales side is fine. I had to deal with Service and it is my goal to warn the public to stay away from this poor excuse for a business. They are not good, lie and really dont care about changing, experiences are too long to post but enter at your own risk Alan Weeks Bhm., AL

SERVICE
The technician was very knowledgeable of the service and provided information for my next visit. I was very impressed with this service because even though I did not have an appointment, the technician was able to get my recall done as well under two hours. That's impressive.

A man by the name of Mr. Paul Borge helped me with a problem I had with my Jeep Liberty 4dr Rwd Sport 2011. The back light on the passenger side was not coming on and there was a problem with the connection between the light and wiring. This was not the first time I had problems with this light. He was nice, respectful and very knowledgeable about my car and the service it needed. The problem was fix within 30 minutes and I was so happy I didn't have to miss work.

Excelent Experience!
I went to several dealerships before going to Hendrick Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and the quality and trustworthiness of their team was far superior. I worked with Christie Taylor; what a WONDERFUL Agent! She asked only few questions to ascertain my financial and credit worthiness situation, then she went to work. After 2 hours, I was on my way out of the dealership with a brand new SUV, despite my credit score. The process was stress less, expedient, and clear. I would recommend Christie to anybody who is looking to buy a car there. She is efficient and one of their Top Producers.

Great Experience
I had a great experience servicing my car at Hendrick Jeep. Having been to several dealerships for service, usually my expectation is that service falls flat. As opposed to the usual, I have to say that Hendricks is great! The repairs were completed on time, and timelines were communicated to me. The employees were upfront about the work, and they even pushed through several recall notices that other dealers told me would take months! I would absolutely recommend Hendricks Jeep as a service provider, and I would definitely not go anywhere else. Paul was my contact, and he was exceptional!
