Very disappointing

I was very excited to purchase a jeep from Hendrick but was disappointed in how Haley our salesperson kept me, my wife and newborn waiting while she was texting and was on Facebook while we were trying to get her help and purchase our vehicle. My wife really wanted the new 2015 Jeep Cherokee so I agreed to go ahead and purchase it and over look the rudeness. Then only to get with Brittany in financing and have her to throw a pen across the table and very rudely say sign there and not show me where to sign after I turned down all the extras she tried to get me to purchase. Such as extended warranty and others I felt I didn't need due to it being a new vehicle. Overall I was very disappointed with my experience with Hendrix.

Service delivery

I own a 2006 Jeep Wrangler which was brought in for service back in January of this year for shifter problems (automatic). Correction were made and other service recommended by Service Writer - Paul was performed. I was very pleased with the service. Then last week there was again a shifter problem?(service was in January and the vehicle was driven less than a 1000 miles)The staff of Hendrick from Service Writer - Paul to the young lady at the cashier went out of their way to get to the bottom of what the problem? I am completely satisfied with the service and the customer service consideration provided by the entire staff. RDL

Great experience with service dept. You can tell that both Paul and Kim care about the customers experience. They both went out of their way to make sure everything was done right.

Excellent experience every time

I have purchased two Jeep vehicles from this dealership and always used them for service. Their location is very convenient and most importantly, I have an excellent experience every time. I usually work with Paul but all the service staff is very professional and knowledgeable. One of the things I appreciate from this dealership is getting a survey call a couple of days after taking the vehicle to service. I have provided feedback on things they can improve and actually they have done it. I would definitively recommend this dealership for service, they do an excellent job.

Terrible Service

Normally I would never write such a thing, but I have literally had the worst experience dealing with their service department and have no other choice. Do NOT take your vehicle to this place. On 5/28/15 I had my Chrysler van towed to their service department because it wouldn't start. The woman on the phone couldn't promise it would be looked at that day, but for sure the next. 5/29 I called my service advisor to see if I could pick up my vehicle, I was informed nobody had even looked at it- nor were they planning on it, but was promised the right mechanic would be working the next day 8-5 and would get to it. 5/30 never received a call, left 2 voicemails and was never called back. 6/1 I called to tell them I was coming to get my car to take somewhere else, but was then told they finally looked at it and it would be a fuel pump replacement. The parts were available locally and the van would be ready that day or the next. The evening of 6/2 I call and was told it wasn't ready, but for sure the next day. Well I am currently writing to you and was now informed after speaking to a manger that the vehicle may not even be ready tomorrow 6/4. This is horrible service, I could have had the vehicle serviced by the lowest of low service shops many times over in a 7 day period and may take longer than that. Save your time and your money- do not go here. I have been paying my own bill on a rental car from Enterprise this entire time.

Great experience buying a Scat Pack Challenger

I had a great experience buying my Challenger from Van Myers at Hendricks. They made me a fair deal and even delivered the car to Auburn. I highly recommend working with Van. Joel in finance was extremely helpful and worked me through the process.

help with GM and Dodge service warranty

Van was extremely helpful with which truck to choose Dodge or GM based off warranty. He knows the policy well and I look forward to working with him for my future purchases.

Great Experience!

The buying experience was a pleasure. When making a big purchase such as a car I'm glad I had such honest men to help me make the right decision. It was a pleasure doing business with Michael Jenkins and Robert Hooks. I will spread word about Hendrick for sure. #Lovingmy2015dodgechallenger:)

Great customer service!

Justin Grier was awesome to work with. No pressure to purchase and worked with us to get the car we wanted. Would recommend Justin and Hendrick Jeep to everyone!

Expectations exceeded.

Exceeded my expectations. They finished the repairs almost a week before they thought my vehicle was going to be ready. I am very satisfied with the job they performed on my vehicle.
