Poor communication. No explanation of service recall or...

Poor communication. No explanation of service recall or timeline when car dropped off. Had to chase up Benny, service advisor at end of first day. Held car for three days while I had to chase service advisor and and service manager. Told car was ready on day 2. Went to pick up and would not release due to recall. Was told recall would likely take minimum 2 weeks. Rental was not an option as driver is under 21. Had to sign a waiver indemnifying dealer to get car released on day 3. There has been no further feedback or follow up on recall.
