The salesman was friendly; knowledgeable; patient; answered all of our questions. The financial person was also very friendly, was prompt in returning my phone call, took the time to explain all the paperwork that had to be signed, offered extra coverage. All in all it was a very positive experience! I wouldn’t’ Hesitate to recommend JT’s KIA to my friends! We now have two KIA Souls and we love them!

Communication is subpar. My car was ready and no one called me for a pickup. I usually received better service but the last couple of visit have not been the best.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always a pleasant experience. My only complaint would be the wait time. I waited close to 2 hours my last visit to have a brake light bulb replaced.
