If i could give this a 0 star I would, DO NOT GO, IM STILL WAITING FOR CALL FROM THE OWNER TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE MANAGER, I HAD AN APPOINTMEMT FOR 10:30 I WAITED AN HOUR AND WHILE I WAS LOOKING AT THEYRE OVER PRICED 4RUNNER I FOUND MULTIPLE FRAME ROT VEHICLES, DO NOT GO !!!!

I asked them about rot/rust in very specific locations on

I asked them about rot/rust in very specific locations on a vehicle, they ignored it and said come look at it. I rolled the dice and drove an hour there. looked at the truck for 5 minutes and found rotted away frame sections and rot holes in the body that were covered up with add on trim. Then I drove home for an hour. Great experience

Big waste of time.

Big waste of time. Communicated via email and told them I was traveling from 2 hours away to see a vehicle they confirmed the had. 15 minutes before our appointment they emailed me stating the car was sent out because of “clear coat issues”.

I am very interested in one of M2 Auto's cars.

I am very interested in one of M2 Auto's cars. A Honda Element. A salesman called me and agreed to send photos of the undercarriage to show there is no rust. This is a common request for people who are interested in the Honda Element. No photos were ever sent to me even though he assured me they would be sent. I spoke to them a second time and they said they would definitely send the photos. They never sent the photos the second time either! The car is still available. It is still advertised, but I must assume they do not want to sell it.

Do not buy here!

Do not buy here! My son wanted to buy a car from here, I ended up paying for it. When we went to get the car inspected in PA we were told that the brackets connecting the suspension to the frame are nearly completely rusted through. This will need to be fixed before the car can pass an inspection. The cost of the repairs are more than the car is worth. This sort of major structural damage should have been caught by M2. ZERO INTEGRITY! Do not buy from M2 unless you like flushing thousands of dollars.

Pleasant conversation, but have found this jeep had

Pleasant conversation, but have found this jeep had suffered severe damage to the frame from the reported accident and only has a rating of 35 of 44-63 in comparable vehicles, Meaning this car is not expected to last for even 5 years. The car looked very good but it was a lease vehicle with multiple drivers. Owned by 1 owner yes, but somewhat disturbing to find that 1 owner was a leasing dealership, therefore, many different drivers. Probably, looked good because the leasing dealership needed to keep up its appearance for leasing purposes but once it was damaged in the accident the leasing dealership sold it to auction with severe frame damage. This Jeep is probably not safe to drive. Definitely not interested in buying this jeep or any other, will instead invest my money into fixing my own Jeep Cherokee that has no accident history.

I politely asked on two occasions for a CARFAX as an initial step in acquiring a car from them. No response. I sent a third email and said if this is the deplorable level of service they provide, I am not interested and won’t be doing business with them. Several more days later someone replied and promised me great service etc. No apology for wasting my time writing previous emails. Don’t waste time here. Their very poor reputation is well deserved.

I inquired about the car.

I inquired about the car. I asked a few questions regarding the car that I wanted to have answered before I drove an hour and a half to see the car. They responded back on an email asking me if I wanted to come see it at 10 o’clock the next day but they did not answer my questions so I responded and said I would like to have some questions answered before I saw the car and I never heard back from them.
