What an amazing experience buying 1500 miles away!

The people at Arrowhead Autosport are incredible. I bought a super clean 2014 Audi A8L from them, and it is amazing. Hamid was exceptionally was extremely pleasant experience with no pressure, no haggling, no issues whatsoever. I bought a car from 1500 miles away and very satisfied.

Luay is the man!

After my wife's car was totaled by a driver with no insurance we were put in a tough situation. Luay helped ease the stress and got us exactly what we wanted.

Great Service

Buying a car from Arrowhead Auto Sport was the best car buying experience I’ve ever experienced. Louie and Tim were awesome to work with, responded to me quickly and came through with what they said they were going to do. When I’m ready to buy again, I’ll be heading back to them.

They don't stand behind their vehicles

CHANGE Unfortunately, I have to change my rating due to the response to issues with our vehicle. The "we owe" items have not been taken care of. Tim assured us that if we had issues, he would help. (NOTE: The TPS, VSC, and Check Engine lights were on when we left and Tim knew and said he would take care of). Problems were discovered when I took it in for the safety recall - vacuum hose disconnected, faulty spare tire tps (2nd bad tps on vehicle), headlight sensor disconnected and leaking steering rack. It also had a very warped front rotor. We have put in a chunk of money on this. When we informed Tim of steering rack leak (discovered by 2 different mechanics), we were told that our mechanic was picking at the vehicle to get more money (this and the spare tps is all we are asking). We want to be sure our vehicle is safe for my daughter and me. I am very disappointed as Tim claims they are so different, take such pride in their vehicles, want to be sure you're happy, and willing to help you out - but it hasn't been true. He has gone back on everything that made me feel comfortable. It's a nice vehicle, just feeling very frustrated and deceived. ORIGINAL from 3/2/19 was 5 stars Place is clean, comfy and inviting. No hassle sales. Tim was amazing! He made us feel important - listened to our needs and concerns and addressed them all - worked hard to find us best financing. BTW thank you for introducing us to the Lexus GX 470! Very trustworthy. You won't be sorry.

STAY AWAY

We came in on several occasions after calling ahead and being told we are approved. The did not have the car we told them we wanted to see on our first two visits. Each visit we drove alternative cars to find them to have major mechanical problems like broken tire rod and yet where priced at the top of the kelly blue book or above. When we finally were able to drive the car we wanted to sleep on it but got all the information including the bank name of where we were approved. When we came back to purchase a car, they said we cant be approved for the one we have been looking at, but could approve us for a newer vehicle. We drove a newer one to find more mechanical problems. When returned the car they simply said we dont have a car for you. The first time we came for a test drive, they just handed us keys and a license plate and helping people who would step in front of us rather than helping in order. JUST AWEFUL customer service and we would have not come back after the first visit if you had not said we were approved when we clearly were not

Hello Anonymous. We are sorry you didn't have a better expereince, but even with a bankruptcy and very bad credit, we worked hard to get you an approval on the car you came in to purchase. But after changing your mind two different times on what car you wanted, you changed to an older car that simply was not able to be financed with your credit. Bad credit customers are always the most difficult to help, because it is not our decision what car to approve you on, but rather the banks. You were approved on the first, newer car you selected, but when you changed to the older one, the bank simply wouldn't accept the risk based on the collateral year and miles. Being in the industry, I can give you some advice. Banks look at bankrupt bad credit customers as a high risk. You need to help the bank feel safe. They feel safe with either a nice down payment, or with a newer car. They are then buying the car rather than the customer. It is much easier to get a bad credit customer approved on a 2016 Toyota Camry that they are under book on than a low mileage Toyota 4Runner that they are over book on. I hope this helps, and I'm sorry we couldn't get you approved on the third car. Best of luck to you.

Horrible experience with salesman

I came to Arrowhead because of their reviews and they had the perfect vehicle that I wanted to buy. I went there with my checkbook ready to write a check and go home in my new car. When I got there and met the salesperson Bob, I knew after 5 minutes that I wouldn't be buying my new car there!! He was bossy, zero personality, and acted like he was doing me a favor by helping me. I had a few simple questions but was surprised when he acted like I was bothering him for asking. He talked down to me and embarrassed me in front of my friend that came with me. I left immediately!! I felt like I had an experience with the most typical "used car salesman" of them all!!

Hello. I am sorry you had a bad experience with the salesperson while visiting us. Bob is new here and might have been nervous or not used to the way we do things here. We are sorry you didn't get along with him, and we would love to earn your business if you would give us another chance. Feel free to come in and ask for Steve or Marwan, and I will be sure your experience is better. We strive for a friendly and laid back buying experience, as you can see from our reviews, and are sorry we didn't live up to our reputation in your case.

Tim is not an honest man

Tim helpeded our daughter buy a 4 runner it seemed like a great deal but in less than two weeks it gave out! $900 worth of damage! Don’t trust this company or this man- he is like a politilician - says one thing and does the opposolite! He said if anything happens he will treat us right / he did not left our daughter with 0ver A $600 bill and after several calls and emails from me, her father he would not call me back- only two weeks later would he responsd! He responded to my Google rating only saying I was not the owner of he car and he could not talk to me - even though my wife and I were there during the sale and he confirmed he would cover us ! I left several message on his cell phone and never even once got a call back! Customer service is lacking he reminds me of a crooked politician! Go elsewhere if you want someone to be honest and stand for what they stand for - customer service! I will continue on Google response because you, rhe customer deserve the truth and trust of a fellow customer!! Go with a reputable biiger auto dealer!

Hello. Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback regarding your experience. We are sorry that you did not have a good experience, and while we did pay for the first repair bill that your daughter gave us, we were not able to continue paying for bills for an indefinite amount of time. As well, we try to give the same advice to everyone. A car is a complicated machine, and that is why we offer extended service contracts on every vehicle. While we try and make sure a car is perfect, it really is an unknown if down the road something could go wrong. And if it does, it is always best to call the dealership to have it taken into one of the mechanic shops we work with, so we can be sure to get wholesale pricing on any repair that is needed. It's difficult when a customer takes it to their own mechanic and says a repair was made and asks us to pay the bill. We wish you the best of luck, and if you would like to come into the dealership and see if we can be of help, feel free to do so.

Nice guys and easy buying experience!

Contacted them about a car and they got it nice and clean for showing. They let me test drive it hassle free and didnt try and gives me a big sales pitch. Liked the car so I bought it all under an hour. They even had a guy come out and cut me a second key since they only had one on hand. They really treated me well and took care of everything. Great car with a great experience!

Fair prices and great customer service

I had the pleasure of coming to Arrowhead Autosport while looking for my new car. I saw a few Nissan Xterra on cars.com and went on my search. I had stopped at two other dealerships and wasn?t happy with the cars. They were either not well taken care of or had accident histories. My third stop was Arrowhead and I was greeted promptly and offered coffee while they pulled the car I wanted to see around. Steve helped me throughout the process, showed me the car, let me test drive it, and nobody ever had to go with me like they do at most dealers. After a ten minute drive I decided I wanted the car, but I needed to trade my current vehicle. They appraised it in a matter of minutes, and gave me a better price than the other dealers I had been to. I felt they really wanted to help me. I decided to buy and was finished with paperwork in under half an hour. I love my new xterra, and I loved the experience at Arrowhead Autosport. I will certainly refer anyone who needs a car and wants to be well taken care of to Arrowhead.

Not the place to visit if you have a trade in.

My wife and I visited Arrowhead last weekend to look at their selection of Lexus GX 470's. We returned to the dealership on the evening of Friday January 26 to look at a 2006 model they had in stock. We drove the vehicle and decided we would like to purchase the vehicle form Arrowhead provided they could give us a decent amount of money for our trade in. We were told by the salesman (John) that all of the folks who could appraise our car had left for the day and that he would take our information down and get back to us first thing on Saturday morning. Saturday morning came and went and we decided to call the dealership to see what was going on. When we called back we were told that the morning was very busy and that it was also John's last day of work at the dealership. We were then told to take a picture of the vin number and the mileage, send it to the salesperson on the phone (Erica) and that we should come back down to the dealership so that an accurate number could be provided to use on our car. We drove back to Arrowhead on the night of January 27th. Upon arriving at the dealership we were greeted by Erica who told us that the folks in charge would inspect our vehicle and give us a price. Three people looked over our car for about three minutes, did not drive the car. Erica was then sent into the waiting room to inform us that they would offer us $11,250 for our trade. I then told Erica the offer was not only low but extremely low. She told me that I should try to sell the car on craigslist as it needed "work" and new tires. I told her that all four tires had been replaced 3000 miles ago at a cost of nearly 1000 dollars. This did not seem to matter to Erica. At this point one of the three gentleman who "appraised" our car came into the waiting room, did not introduce himself and mumbled to us what we would actually like to have for our car. I told him what I would like to have and instead of responding or saying something like "sorry but I cannot make any money if I pay you that amount for your trade" or "I have had this car on the lot before and I have had too much trouble trying to sell it" he just turned and walked out of the waiting room. I heard him say something to another employee about our car and then nothing. Erica then re-iterated that we should sell our car on craigslist and that was it. None of the "appraisers" ever introduced themselves or even took a second to treat us like actual customers. Our car is a 2011 Mercedes Benz GLK 4-matic with a very low 61000 miles. I have all maintenance records on the car. Upon arriving home I set out to research how they had arrived at such a fantastically low number. When I looked on line they had simply searched for the absolute lowest end of average and told me that that was what they would pay for the car on trade in. I did not have to waste my Saturday evening driving back to their dealership if they already knew that they either did not want my trade or they were going to give me bottom dollar for the car.

Hello Seth. We are sorry if you had a bad experience with your trade here. I would love to explain some things to you that may be of help when you do decide to purchase a vehicle. It is our hope this information may benefit you. The first step when you have a trade vehicle would be to do some research on your vehicle. In Colorado, dealers use NADA book to evaluate a vehicle's value, in combination with a physical inspection of the car. Your 2011 Mercedes GLK, with the proper deductions for lack of navigation and lack of sunroof had a book value below the 16,000 you told us you wanted for the vehicle. The reason we asked for you to send the photo of the vin was so that we could give you a ballpark figure, and then upon physical inspection we can move that up or down slightly based on the condition of the vehicle. You were given that NADA book figure prior to coming down to the dealership so that you had an idea what your vehicle was worth. Upon evaluating your vehicle, we found prior paint work on the rear panel, and upon seeing the Carfax we saw it had four different owners in a short span, with several transmission problems and repairs. We understand you had the receipts for these repairs, and even upon seeing this, we held to the original NADA book offer we gave you. When you acted surprised, we asked what it was you wanted for the vehicle, and you told us you wanted $16,000. This number is over what full retail is for that vehicle. We tried to help you by letting you know that no dealership can pay this kind of money for a car or they would be out of business, but, suggested you try to sell your own vehicle on Craigslist as a means of getting a retail price for your car. We also mentioned that you could go to Carfax or any number of other dealerships, and see if you could get a better number, but since every dealer uses the same NADA book to price cars, it was unlikely you could get full retail for your trade. We wished you good luck and you left, clearly angry at the interaction. For that, we are sorry. We have seen this before, and no doubt, we will see it again. Sometimes consumers will look at cars.com or some other website for vehicles like theirs and feel that is the price their vehicle is worth. Unfortunate when you trade a vehicle, that is not what they pay you, but rather what they might market the car for when they sell it. Between the trade and a retail sale, the car has to go through service and everything wrong fixed. The leather gets repaired. The car gets detailed, advertised and eventually sold. The dealership has a lot of expenses to incur to make your car ready for retail, and so that retail price you see isn't what your car is worth. In addition, by trading a vehicle you obtain a tax benefit where you save money on the taxes on your new car, and so you get a small monetary benefit there as well. So in short, we are sorry you were disappointed in what your cars value was. We wish you the best of luck with your search for a perfect car. If we can ever be of help to you in the future, please let us know.
