I had unexpectedly found the SUV I have been looking at for months and wasn't necessarily ready to purchase a car as of yet. However, I couldn't walk away from what I had found online. I emailed to see if it was still available. Tim Lacy called me right away and answered all the questions I had. He was very helpful and not pushy at all. I love that the vehicle description was true to what they had. I wanted to see the car right away thinking this one would go fast but work downtown and live in South Denver. With a light rail commute I knew I wouldn't get there before closing. He immediately said no problem. If you want to take a look tonight, I will wait for you. I couldn't believe it! What a sweet heart! When I got to the dealership he had pulled the car into the garage so I could see everything and let me go on my test drive. He was very patient and hospitable, even offering refreshments while working the paperwork and worked out an amazing deal! He stayed until after 8pm to complete everything so I could ride home in my 2009 Buick Enclave! Having a family of my own, I really appreciate this as I know he was taking time away from his family.The Enclave is beautiful and exactly what I was looking for! Yay! This was a refreshing experience when it comes to car buying! We had worked with several dealerships and salesman while looking for an affordable, used vehicle for my son however, all attempts at finding a decent vehicle were only met with disgust. What we saw in the pics from Arrowhead Autosport was what we found when we went to the car lot. The vehicle was well cared for, CLEAN, great condition and low mileage. The salesman was very helpful and did not use the high pressure sales tactics that most other dealerships do. Great experience- I'll definitely go back for our next vehicle.

After totaling my car in an accident, I was overwhelmed in my endeavors to find the perfect vehicle for me and my family. Then, I came across this immaculate Subaru Outback at Arrowhead Autosport. I made an inquiry on the internet and Tim called me promptly Monday morning to set up a time to take a test drive. I wasn't able to make it out until about 45 minutes before they closed. When we arrived we were greeted by Marwan, he was very friendly and not pushy at all. They have a no hassle approach, because the cars they have on the lot sell themselves. We took the Subaru out for a test drive and we loved it. After that, we sat down with Steve and he was very helpful with answering all my questions regarding financing. Marwan and Steve both stayed late to answer all of our questions. I thought that was awesome of them. So I filled out an application that evening to see what I could get financed for. The very next day Tim called to tell me I had been approved! They actually gave me a better APR than my bank was offering and I got financed with no money down! Which worked out great for me because after losing my car in the accident I was already stressed out about money. I made the decision to buy the car and Tim even offered to pick me up from Highlands Ranch to come sign the papers, now that's service. When I arrived, I was in and out and had my new car keys in my hand in under 30 minutes! I would definitely buy another car from Arrowhead Autosport any day. I wish all of my car buying experiences were as refreshing, easy, honest, reasonable priced and as unstressful as this one. I drove an hour and a half to buy my vehicle from them. I was thinking the whole ride that their price was too good to be true. I called and asked about the vehicle and instead of being told the positives about the vehicle, I was told exactly what to expect about the car from Tim the manager. The car was exactly as described!! The whole purchase took less than the time that it took to drive there!! They pretty much put their best price online so don't expect a lot of negotiation but they will accommodate minor fixes to your satisfaction! The lot isn't big but very comfortable and relaxing. My next car will come from them. Thanks Tim!

We live in Idaho and found a vehicle that Arrowhead Autosport had that we wanted to purchase. They bent over backwards to help with all of the paper work and even getting the car shipped to us. They have been up front, honest and very professional in the manner in which we have done business. Wow. I don't write many reviews but decided to go out of my way to write one for these guys. What a great group of people, and a great dealership. My family and I drove down from Denver to see a 2008 Acura MDX they had for sale. We called first, and the car was exactly as described. We had looked the prior weekend at 5 or 6 of them at other dealerships, and none were nearly as clean as the one I bought at Arrowhead. They have a great location that is part indoor showroom, part outdoor car lot. It was super easy to get to, and the paperwork took less than a half hour. They also got me a great finance rate at Air Academy, which was a bonus. After we bought the car, they wanted to have it cleaned before we took it home, so they recommended a nice restaurant that was nearby and my family had lunch, which was great, and then got back to the dealership where the car was waiting. I've never been treated this nice at any dealership I've bought from before, and so I'll be sure to tell my friends about these guys. Thanks again. I bought a Volvo from this dealership. The car looked great, ran great, and had low miles so we decided to purchase it. At the dealership they told me the car was in perfect condition, I asked about the tape on the ignition key and he said they just use that to keep the keys together, come to find out I took the tape off and the key fell apart in two pieces. When I got home I realized the middle console lid was just glued on, the headlight washer plate had just been glued on and fell off on my way home. And when I asked to look under the hood at the dealership, he opened it for me and at the time I didn't realize he was holding it open the whole time as the hydraulics were shot, and he apparently didn't think that was important to tell me. I felt after the sale and having the car for a few days that they were just so desperate for a sale they would tell me anything I wanted to hear.

Wow. These guys are really great. I came in after speaking to them on the phone. They are located in a retail shopping area, so not a typical car lot. I liked the location since it was really close to Parker Road and C470, so easy to get to. I had looked at a few dealerships off of Arapahoe before deciding to make the drive to Parker, and it was well worth it. The cars they had were cleaner and priced less than the ones I looked at while at the Honda store. I wound up buying a 2005 Honda Pilot from them. I also bought an extended warranty, which they discounted to me way less than the Honda store was going to. All in all, I had a great experience. I didn't need financing so I can't speak for that end, but they had the paperwork done for me in less than 10 minutes, and the whole transaction took less than 45 minutes. Way better than the 4 hours it took last time I bought a car. I would highly recommend them to any of my family or friends.

I wanted to share my experience with Arrowhead Autosport. I don't post reviews often, but since I had such a nice experience I thought it was only fair to the dealership to share with others. I came in to look at a car they had advertised. Their store was a little hard for me to find, since it's mostly a warehouse type indoor location. They have some cars outside and some inside, but it's in a strip mall type location so not your typical dealership. So after I found the place, I was immediately welcomed into the store, and offered a water. Their place is super clean and nice. I worked with two salespeople, Ryan and Steve, and they were super laid back and friendly. I test drove the car, and made my offer. They accepted. I needed financing, so they helped me get what I thought was a great rate, and then we did the paperwork. I was in and out in under 45 minutes. It was great. I hope the next time I need a car I can find one there, since it was so quick and easy. Thanks again Arrowhead Autosport.

I had a wonderful experience buying a car with Arrowhead. They were very easy to deal with. I called on a car I saw on their website, and they gave a very accurate description of it. Many dealers I had been to prior to them said their cars were clean and when I drove in to see them, I was disappointed. This was not the case with Arrowhead. They gave me a good history of the car, and when I drove in to see it, they had a beautiful indoor showroom where the car was waiting for me to view. They copied my license and sent me out for a test drive, and no salesman came with me, which was nice. I wound up buying the car, a beautiful BMW X5, and I've had no issues since. They offered me a warranty which I didn't get, and the entire paperwork process took less than 15 minutes. It was such a nice experience verses other cars I've bought at bigger dealerships, I hope to send many friends there to buy cars. I highly recommend them.
