Always professional and courteous. walked in without an appointment, found a way to get me in for an oil change and tire rotation as I was overdue and traveling soon. I absolutely love the walk around videos from the technicians explaining everything they completed and an overall report on the car.

Honest and reputable service
I always bring my car to Infiniti of Warwick for service, and they truly take care of me. The work is done correctly, they don’t overcharge, and most importantly they don’t try to talk you to into service or repairs you don’t need. I recently needed a new inspection sticker, and made the mistake of going to Midas because it’s very close to me and I thought “it’s just an inspection sticker… I’m not going for service”. Midas stated my car failed the inspection because my rear brakes were “damaged” and I needed a new set of brakes for $500+. I found this hard to believe because my brakes felt fine, and the last time I was at Infiniti (about 1,000 miles ago on my odometer) they made no mention of my brakes needing replacement. I told Midas to just give me the fail paperwork and I’d consider my options. I called my service advisor at Infiniti (Ron Antonucci) and explained the situation. He got me an appointment right away. They checked my brakes and confirmed that they were totally fine. The pads measured at 5.5mm and were far from replacement considering I drive very few miles. They were able to pass my vehicle and give me the inspection sticker without having to go back to Midas. Infiniti of Warwick literally saved me over $500. Whether you’ve purchased your Infiniti there or not, this is definitely the place to bring your car for service done right!

I have always waited for my vehicle when it is being serviced I find the customer lounge to be clean and comfortable and it provides snacks and bottled water. I consider the Infiniti dealership to be a first class act. Unfortunately, They weren't able to get my vehicle washed and vacuumed due to a backup and I could not wait the 35 minutes I was quoted as a wait time. This is no reflection on Sergio as it was not his fault.

Wonderful experience from our initial encounter all of the way through. Bill is a professional who was great to work with. We purchased a used vehicle and there were none of the “games” we were encountering at other dealers. I will definitely purchase here again!!
