Went to Feldman for recall issues although they were not the dealer I purchased the Hyundai from. Was greeted by friendly staff member, repair process explained in detail. Repairs made and other maintenance was performed. No "pressure" explanations of additional work deemed important for vehicle. Will go back to them for future work if necessary. Good experience!

Great service!
I have always the best service when I bring my car here. I live closer to another dealership and would not even consider going there because the service is so much better at Feldman. Ashley and Lavon are the service managers and they sure know how to take care of their customers! Work is by appointment and it is always done on time and efficiently and my car is returned to me spotlessly clean. Great job, Ashley, Lavon and all the service people behind the scenes

2015 Hyundai Sonata
I was appointed to purchase 2 vehicles for our company for testing purposes. I was very pleased with the whole process from start to finish. The Store Manager, Todd Blaney did a fantastic job and even saved us an additional amount on rebates making it possible for us to make future purchases. The Feldman organization went above and beyond delivering us the vehicle and paperwork to our facility. We will for certain continue to purchase our corporate vehicles from the Feldman group.

a great experience
I went into the dealership and was looking to get a newer used car than what I was currently driving. I met Ian and discussed my needs and talked for a while then left NO PRESSURE from this salesman. I went back the next day and was help by justin ( Ian's brother) who was very helpful and helped me with finance and got me into a great used car, again NO PRESSURE from the salesman. I would strongly recomend this dealership and salesman to my friends and family. The car is great and when i went to the dealer with questions the were happy to answer any questions I had.

Best car buying experience I've ever had!
My husband and I have been Honda owners, but due to a lack of customer service on Honda's part, we decided to switch to Hyundai - we went to Feldman Hyundai and really had an excellent experience! We worked with Justin Seaford, who is by far the least "salesy" salesperson we have ever worked with - he is honest, relatable and works very hard for you! We had a ton of negative equity (and high mileage) in our current position and Justin was able to get us both into brand new Hyundai's for not that much more than what we were currently paying. He was very thorough in his explanation and the process and even DELIVERED my brand new car to my workplace, as I could not get to the dealership in time due to work. Our 2 year old son went in with us several times and ALL the employees were very patient and kind to him (not our experience at other dealerships) - we love Feldman Hyundai and will be lifelong customers!!

Quick and easy
Called that morning for a oil change. Service department fit me in. Oil change took less time then estimated. Comfortable waiting area, good coffee. Even washed my car.
