We found a used car online and drove almost an hour to Feldman Hyundai to buy it. We worked with Ian; he was actually helpful and honest. I don't provide online reviews, but if you're buying a car or need service, I'd suggest you try Feldman in Waterford, MI. Furthermore.....ask for Ian. He has a friendly personality and knowledgeable.

Jim and Justin made the process simple. Both worked well together and I felt taken care of as a customer and not like they were just out to make a sale. Really impressed that the dealership closed at 4pm on a Saturday and Feldman Hyundai salespersons made sure that I was driving off the lot in my new vehicle; by staying late to complete the transaction. Jim was also excellent and compassionate of my crazy work schedule and even contacted me through email to keep me updated like I asked.
