Mazda of South Charlotte

While I understand the need to close the waiting area due to the precautions about the virus it would have been nice to have an area outside where a customer can sit and still keep the distance requirement.

This is the third car that I' m leasing with Mazda South Charlotte. The sales team is amazing. Especially Moe, he is like a friend, he helps me to find the right solution for the leasing. He is always available for any questions and support. THANK YOU MOE!

This is my favorite Mazda dealership in Charlotte, and probably all of NC. I've had 4 Mazdas in the last 9 years, been to 4 Mazda dealerships, and without doubt had the BEST service here. Their auto service is fast and thorough. The common area is nice too, filled with snacks and Starbucks machines, and tv's and a large clear glass window so you can see your car being serviced. Sarah Shepard is an awesome sales person and was very helpful in helping me find my 2020 Mazda 3 Sedan. I appreciate their professionalism and customer care. I'll definitely be back and will refer my friends here.

Wasn’t even sure I wanted the Mazda CX-9 until my salesperson Moe suggested I take it for a drive...I was sold!!!! The car drives like a dream and has all the best safety features.
