Fantastic service

When getting my oil changed a couple of weeks ago, they recommended that I get new tires. I was provided with 3 quotes, and told that they would match any local competitors price. I found a MUCH lower price at Pep Boys, and they DID in fact match that price. I was very happy with this as I would prefer not to have anyone but Mazda of South Charlotte work on my car, but the price difference would have made it worth going elsewhere. Very thankful for the honesty and quality of work always done here!

Very happy with my overall experience from start to...

Very happy with my overall experience from start to finish. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. Was not expecting to purchase on my first day of car shopping but they really worked with me to get me a deal that I was very comfortable and happy with. Very pleased with my trade in value as well! Would highly recommend!

I recently purchased a car from Sarah at Mazda South Charlotte! What an awesome and stress free experience I had. Not only did I get exactly what I wanted, plus more, Sarah and the team worked really hard to make it happen for me. Oil Change

I went in for my 5000-mile oil change, no appointment. They noticed my front brakes needed replacing, as well as my air filter. In the past, I would question any recommendation, but Mazda of South Charlotte has earned my trust and they proceeded. As usual, great customer service and it's still the only place I'll bring my two Mazda's in for service.

I just bought my first mazda

I worked with Nate Christian and had an enjoyable experience. I was out the door with my Mazda CX-5 in 2 hours and 15 minutes. My test drive, paperwork and financing went very smoothly.

My dad went in to see about having his car checked

My dad is a senior citizen and a VET, he was part of the "Chosin Few" in the Forgotten War, a chapter was written about him. He went in to see about getting his car looked at and before you know it a salesman hood winked him in to purchasing a new lease when his lease was going to be up in one month. My dad has diabetes so he ended up having an issue because they kept him far too long, and convinced him to purchase a new lease when he drives a lot and the 10k miles wouldn't have been a problem in a month last year when the aggressive sales man convinced him to trade in his almost up leased car for a brand new lease, both my sister and I are so angry and pissed off to this day. I am writing this now because I got a call from the service guy saying my dad needs to get his GPS updated which BTW is free for only the first two years. WHAT A RIP OFF again!! Nothing like shoving a bunch of garbage up someones you know what. Mazda is a no good dirty dealing dealership. The better business bureau should be watching them. My dad did not need a new lease or a new car he is 90 years old. Did I mention he is 90 years old and a VET. This is how you treat a 90 year old VET and first and foremost he's my dad and I care about what is done to him and this was so unjustified. My dad said he couldn't wait to get out of there to feed himself. His diabetes was really kicking in and he was shaking and he finally signed the paper work after 7 hours of being harassed by the sales guy at Mazda. This is not OK and if you think this is ok you are gravely mistaken. You need to do right by people and stop looking at your bottom line numbers you're dealing with real people with not a lot of money. Oh and did I mention his lease price went up about $120 per month... OMG, it just keeps getting worse. If I had a half a day I wouldn't be able to write it all. I'd need at least 7 hours like the 7 hours they took from him and forced him into submission. xxxxxxxx!! Crooks!! Thieves!!
