Battery Load Test

I checked in at 10:10 for a 10:30 appointment. I was going in for a battery load test, because the battery was failing. My car was brought into the work area immediately and I could see it through the glass. It was hooked up to the testing machine and then sat for an hour and 40 minutes. Occasionally, one of the mechanics would look at the tester and then walk away. According to 3 different websites, this test should take about 15 minutes. After an hour and a half, I went to the service desk to inquire what has going on. The customer service rep told me the battery failed the 1st test (no kidding, that is why I was there) and they were doing it again. That it still had 27 minutes to go before they had the results back. I told the customer service rep to kill the test and just change the battery, since it was 5 years old. Mazda had a battery special for $107, but I was told that wasn't a good battery and the replacement would be $130. I told him to just replace it because I had other things to do. The only thing Mazda did right was to apply a $10 loyalty coupon to the balance. I hope Mazda of South Charlotte knows there are other Mazda dealers and other repair options in the area.

First Checkup

From driving into the service receiving area, till leaving, the crew was very professional. Everyone was pleasant, the car was completed in less than an hour with no up sales!

Always a positive experience

This place is always neat and clean with a quiet atmosphere. People are professional and dressed nice. I’ve leased three cars from them and each time I was out in 2 hours. Always a good experience with the service department as well. Highly recommend

I just leased my third Mazda CX-5 from Mazda of South Charlotte. I’ve become a huge fan of the brand, the CX-5, & this dealership. The biggest reason I keep returning here is because of Moe Bedwan. No hassles. No games. Refreshing. Thanks, Moe! — Dec. 2019 Moe, Ali, & Scott made our leasing experience a very positive one. No pressure. No games. No hassle. They went above & beyond to meet my aggressive pricing demands. Enjoyable Car Buying Experience

I worked with Bobby Arshad and Moe Bedwan, and they both made my car buying experience extremely pleasurable. They helped me easily find the car that fit my needs and made the entire process fast and easy. Their customer service and knowledge of their vehicle line made me feel incredibly at ease. CX-5 Oil change

I scheduled an appointment for 11 am on Saturday for an oil change and I didn't end up leaving until almost 1. Seems a little ridiculous to me
