Where do I begin! Sarah at South Charlotte master was incredible. Very kind, very good deal, and it was probably that one of the best experiences I have had in buying a car. And I am 60+ and I bought a lot of cars. Sarah actually help me take all of the stuff out of my old car and put it in my new one. Go there do not wait.

Sarah Shephard is wonderful
The professionalism and ease of this experience was profound. My car went out of service and I had to buy a new one at last minute and Sarah made this such a joy. She was funny, kind, and very smart and telling me what to look for on my new car purchase. If you need to buy a new car go there- this experience is nothing that I can compare to in my past 40 years of buying cars. I’m the type of person that usually takes a month and will shop around and get the best deal. This was such an amazing deal the first time out I cannot even describe how easy it was and what a great deal it was. Also, great, great trade in values. Go there first and you will not have to go anywhere else. Again, Sarah is the best -only go to her!

Professional and Efficient
Friendly, professional and efficient! Streamline Agency Approved. I ran a full marathon in the morning in 3 hours and it took less time to go through the entire car purchasing process (not planned) from soup to nuts that very same afternoon. Moe and the team at Mazda South Charlotte made it a lot less painful as well!

Excellent Experience
I decided to trade in my Honda CR-V for a Mazda CX-5 and Mazda of South Charlotte had exactly what I was looking for. Scott was great in providing a quote through email and I didn't have to haggle to get to a fair and reasonable price. Moe was outstanding as a salesman and gave me all the information I needed on the test drive to solidify my purchase. It was an excellent experience overall and I would definitely recommend Mazda of South Charlotte to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

This is the second time leasing a vehicle from Mazda of South Charlotte. Moe Bedwan made the Leasing experience painless and was extremely knowledgeable about the whole process. Dana in service department is awesome
On a 2018 Mazda 6 that only had 17,000 miles, more than 25 days spend in different dealerships, this dealership was able lo diagnose the problem. But with all the teardown and assembly my new car was not so new. So I traded up to a 2019. Boy was that a mistake the sales managers taken advantage of a person up against a wall with time and need. my car was apart and I had one hour to be on a family road trip. So I took the hit of driving away in a new car. Then it was the wrong car from what I had picked. The interior was the wrong color. But I had no time to turn around and swap cars again and do all the paperwork. So I settled. Avoid the sales but go for the service.

My entire experience was wonderful. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The salespeople were attentive to all my need, concerns, and questions. Malcolm Jennings did an excellent job walking me through the selection, test drive, and buying process. The finance man explained everything and got me a great rate on the car. The general manager came by frequently to check on tans ensure I was getting great service. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car.
