Beware of 3 year/36,000 mile free service

Had 1st oil change at 15,475 miles, engine light came on approx. 30,000+ then went off and remains off. Called to make appointment for oil change at odometer 32,658 miles. Because the light is no longer on I cannot have the oil change per secretary/receptionist/auto specialist. Told to check reading when I start the car and that will indicate when change is due. oil change is based on driving habits; as per her expertise in the automotive field. 7,000 mile is the reading, therefore oil change not due until 24,138 mile. Yes that is correct 24, 138 miles. Evidently MINI has superior engineering surpassing every auto manufacture on the planet. Approximately 3 months ago while working on the road I called regarding low antifreeze level and which brand MINI uses. I was told MINI brand, because I was in NH working with no MINI dealership in the area I was told any antifreeze could be used. Luckily, an Auto Zone the clerk recommended Pentfrost NF,(recommended for German cars) other brands such as Prestone could damage the engine block which could result in lost of warranty. Beware before you purchase. Last time purchaser. Please remove me from your mailing list. Dennis Moreau

4th Mini Cooper! Finally got the Mini Cooper of my dreams!!

This is my 4th Mini Cooper from Mini of Warwick! I've always had a hard top and always wanted a Convertible but just couldn't afford the lease payments!! Well, this time my husband and I came in and Donna Keane was able to make the Convertible lease affordable for us, with the help of the great GM, Brian, which we are very happy about!! I've loved all of my experiences and Mini's but... I've always wanted a Convertible and now we have one! Donna is great! She is professional, friendly and great at what she does! Joey, our Product Specialist was also very helpful! The service dept. here is also great, every time! Mini of Warwick is the best place to get the "Mini of your dreams" too! We would recommend Donna Keane! Mini is lucky to have her!

Great buying experience with Vinnie

The entire dealership was excellent. A special shout-out to Vinnie Corsi who was our salesperson - super nice, knowledgeable and none of the silly sales tactics we were subjected to when buying my last car (Nissan). The finance manager Nick was also a breath of fresh air. Loving my new MINI!

Great Customer Service & Car Buying Experience

Initially I spoke to LaRae Rhodes who was pleasant and was even available on a Sunday. a few day's Later, with a scheduled appointment, I met with Donna and she made me feel at home as well as the rest of her co-workers that were around. For anyone with customer anxiety, they will do a great job at putting you at ease and feel welcome. I must say the entire process was easy and Mini of Warwick guides you through and explains in detail what each step is and what next to expect. The vehicle I purchased needed a new sensor, something minor, but we scheduled an appointment and the car was done in no time. The customer service mechanic from time to time would come out and tell me of its progress which was nice. Great work I thought. I would recommend going to Mini of Warwick if you would like a great car buying experience with a staff that has awesome customer service skills that makes you feel at ease and welcome.

Mini of Warwick

I have patronizing Mini of Warwick for several years now. I bought my mini and have had it serviced there regularly since. I have nothing but great experiences. Darrell goes above and beyond every time I am there. He is super informative, knowledgeable and always every accommodating. I have previously had bad experiences with dealerships. Quite the contrary and would highly recommend buying a mini from Inskip Mini. I would buy another car since Bryan has returned as Sales Manager..

Awesome experience, awesome people

Had a fantastic experience with everyone I encountered at Mini of Warwick! Traded in a Corolla for a 2015 Cooper S hardtop and I'm absolutely thrilled. From the moment I walked into the dealership and through the point of delivery saleswoman Donna Keane was unbelievably helpful and stayed in contact from test drive through delivery. GM Brian Perrugi and Sales Manager Nick Grassini were extremely helpful and patient with me as well, and only added to an already very positive experience. I highly recommend seeking out all three of them for anyone considering joining the MINI family! Great dealership and even better people, hands down the best vehicle purchase experience I've ever had.

Highly Recommend Salesperson Vincent Corsi!

Buying and car can be an unpleasant and stressful experience and when I needed a new car back in May I honestly wasn?t looking forward to the process. When I walked into the MINI dealer to buy my first MINI, Vinnie was my sales person and he completely changed the buying experience for me. Outgoing, informative, professional and easy going, Vinnie made buying a car easy and pressure free. The experience was so positive that when my husband was recently looking to buy a car, we went right back to MINI and specifically to Vinnie. I highly recommend the entire MINI team and definitely recommend requesting Vinnie for your next purchase.
