Awesome Service Department

Mini of Warwick is a two hour drive for me, but the Service Department at this dealership is worth it. They are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Special kudos go out to Service Advisor Sean Cameron.

Excellent customer service at Mini of Warwick

I needed a new battery and was stranded away from home for a day. I had my Mini jumped to get to the dealer Monday morning and Darrell was very accommodating to get it done. From the moment I walked into the dealership, everyone was very pleasant and I felt cared for. Kevin worked on my car and everything works perfectly. Thanks again for great customer service.

Seriously Amazing

A prior lease I had with a different dealership was ending and I wanted to get into a different car brand before winter time. I’ve heard great things about Mini from family and friends and decided to stop by. I had no intentions of buying a car the day I visited but ended up doing so! Every single person that helped me through the process was amazing - so friendly, helpful, easy going, professional, knowledgeable, and able to answer all of my questions. There was no pressure at all here unlike all of my prior car shopping experiences. I’m seriously impressed and grateful with how easy and stress free this experience was for me. Special shout out to Joey for walking me through everything and making my car buying experience fun! Thank you all at Mini!!!

Amazing customer service

Fantastic customer service!

All-round Awesome

Dan in Sales, Darrell in Service, and blue eyed guitar player Joey in Customer Care make a phenomenal team. I am on my third MINI because of the cars and the team of professionals I have dealt with. Highly recommended for an all around positive buying experience.

Painless and congenial. Definitely worth the drive from Massachusetts. I had previously been to another dealer, and walked out due to their attitude during negotiation.

Service is Outstanding

Brought my car in for the first time for service. Car was bought used so in addition to the repair I needed (sidewalk damage to a tire), I wanted to find out any other MINI entitlements. Kristin was more than happy to help, printing out all services available to me as a new MINI owner. In addition to what was done that day, I had asked Kristin about removing profiles from the car’s computer. She walked to the car, sat down and tried to figure it out. We were not able to figure it out, but after I left she did some additional research, found the fix and emailed it to me and then followed up with phone call. Talk about going the extra mile. I would recommend this dealership to everybody!

they were very helpful & it was an easy experience
