THE WORST SALESPERSON I'VE EVER PHONED
Called today with intentions of buying a Q-50... the girl that answered never identified herself or what department she was in. When I inquired whether I was speaking to a car salesperson, she sarcastically answered "can I help you?" . . . at that point I wasn't sure (based on her question) as to if she could hear me -- so I asked her again. This time in an even more sarcastic tone, she repeated "can I help you? I then asked her if she could hear me clearly? ... she again replied, "can I help you? Now I could feel my blood boiling, because it's becoming clear to me that she is a disrespectful, unprofessional B_tch. I then tell her what about the vehicle I saw advertised (I didn't hang up or let her have a piece of my mind, because I really wanted the car), and ask her what the "out the door" price would be? After several uncomfortable seconds of silence, I ask her if she was still there? She says, "yeah, I'm here" then tells me that she'll have to ask her manager....more silence, so I ask her "when?" After more silence, she says he's busy now, he'll call you later. I tell her that I'm out of state, but I really want the car and will be waiting... again no answer and seconds of silence -- I felt like jumping through the phone and wringing her arrogant neck -- I again need to ask her if she's still there, and again she replies "Yeah, I'm here." I simply tell her again that I'll be waiting for his call and hang up. Needless to say, NO ONE CALLED ME. She never told me her name. After reading some negative reviews about this dealership, I found a few written by customers who must have contacted the same piece of garbage I spoke to... the answers and unprofessional treatment they received were similar, and God help this place if there's more than one of her. Either the owner is dating her, or it's his daughter (who doesn't give a crap about the business)... if it's not that, then the owner doesn't monitor or train his employees. In any case, they lost a sale.... I'm picking up my new Infiniti from Gwinnett Infiniti tomorrow. The owner can than her.

The salesman was very informative. He new the cars well. Bob Moore Infinity goes the extra mile to earn you as a costumer. The dealership as a whole works together to make sure the car buying experience is easy.

Happy with the whole deal
There are a lot of folks who equate buying a vehicle on a par with going to the dentist. However, the sales and finance staff made it a relatively painless experience. Everyone was very easy to deal with.

Grayson and Phillip are awesome
Grayson was our salesman and he was very attentive and made sure we got the price we wanted. Phillip was the sales manager that worked our deal. I never felt pressured by either of them and I love my car!!!

Bad service
Tom Brousseau and finance manager James screwed me over by teling me not to treat my car and stop making payments and we will get you in a good car deal. Made me wait whole day on friday then lying by saying will happen monday and i had a deal somewhere else. Car sales guy said will be giving me a call Monday at 9am and 9 :30 i was gibing a call due to noone called. He answered said will be giving me a call here shortly and two hours later i still calling them with no answer which i had to call main line and i knew what im going to hear bank did not approve it and i was being pushing to wait and wait and make it sounds so simple and eady when i know i have a credit problem and was honest about it, but as always the nasty job of sugarcoating deal then when there is no deal they dont even bother to txt or call to let you know. They just ignore you as you don’t exist. Very bad experience at this dealer.

Threw my offer in the trash!
Salesman Isaiah was a nice, respectful young man who did everything right. Sales manager experience was not so pleasant. He said all the right things to get me to start negotiating then didn?t come close to living up to his promises. He didn?t seem to like dealing with someone who had done their homework. We we reached an impasse he walked out and threw my offer in the trash. Low class move that will keep me from going back.

Excellent Service
I dealt with Tommy Freeman in service. He took excellent care of me from beginning to end. I was very pleased with the repairs and service. I have leased 3 cars from Bob Moore and been very happy. It is my personal opinion that a company is only as good as it's service!
