The overall service provided was great. The reps were friendly and did a good job updating me on the status of my vehicle. The car wash and vacuum left much to be desired. I expected a better detail service given the dealership.

I brought my car in for service and oil change. Matt Price was fantastic - very customer oriented, personable, friendly. He went beyond the norm and showed me how to set the cruise control on my car; and took the time to explain tire tread wear and how to determine it. He couldn’t have been better! I also liked receiving the written result of the services prior to picking up my car. My reason for giving 4 stars rather than 5 had nothing to do with Matt, rather the fact that at washing/vacuuming was not up to standard.
