Steve Garic was an excellent salesman. He was very efficient and knowledgeable about the pre-owned vehicles. Steve was also very prompt in returning our phone calls both before and after the sale. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a pre-owned vehicle to see Steve. He applied no pressure to buy the vehicle and always acted in a most professional manner.

I returned to buy another car from Richards Honda because the service was so amazing the first time. I had a different salesmen this time, because Charlie was moved to finance. My experience at Richards Honda was absolutely amazing!! I had the pleasure of working with Brian Hopkins a very respectable young man with excellent customer service skills. Brian was very knowledgeable of the Honda Products especially the Honda Accord. The best part about the process he was not a pushy salesman and very patient while I was selecting the perfect car to accommodate my family and I. He addressed any concerns that I had before and after purchasing my 2015 Honda Accord Sport. I must say this was an unforgettable experience at Richard's Honda.

I can not recall the last time I took the time to sit down and submit a review like this but it just seems the right the to do after the positive experice we had at Richard's Honda. Specifically, I would like to mention, thank and enthusiastically recommend (to whomever finds themself in the market for a vehicle) both Steve Garic ( Sales Consultant) and Kevin Morrison ( Business Manager) for the professional and courteous customer sevice we received during our "shopping experience." Purchasing a car can, and typically is, a grueling, painful experience ( as most people are aware) but that was not the case with the aforementioned Honda Associates. We shopped several dealerships that day but Steve was clearly the least "salesy" ( yes, I just made up that word--lol) and most empathetic/professional sales person we worked with by far. I recently had my first car buying experience after I totaled my car. Despite it being a stressful situation Mr. Steven Garic made the process so easy and comfortable and went beyond the extra mile to help me manage all the pieces of handling insurance, getting the damaged car and returning the rental I was in. Everyone at the dealership was so friendly and helpful and I couldn't be more happy in my CR-V. I felt good about the whole experience including the price I paid for such a great vehicle! After a very long search, we went to Richards Honda. Bryon Lewis is a gentleman. He understood that we needed a reliable car for our daughter to drive to college. He made sure we got what we wanted.
