Every step of the way

I came into Richards Honda finding out Trene' worked their from a mutual friend. I went in looking to get into a car being that I just had a baby. I didn't have much credit but I had enough income. I got my mom to cosign for me and Trene' had me in a Accord 3 days later. I had been to other dealers and some of them told me their was nothing they could do just by looking at my credit. Trene' still tried and took her time with me. I've already recommended her and my son's mother is going to get a car from her this month.

Great service

I got great service from Richards Honda as I was getting discouraged thinking I wasn't going to be able to purchase a vehicle Trenae didn't give up on me. She went out her way to assist me and got me into the car I wanted. It's not many people in the car business that would go that extra mile but Trenae did! I thank her so much! I would recommend Trenae and Richards Honda to anyone. They exceeded my expectations.

BEST NEW CAR EXPERIENCE EVER !!!

In over 50 years of purchasing autos we were never so impressed with ANY car salesman more than Byron Lewis. His charm and personality almost make you want to buy a car from him. Funny thing, we were going to another dealership to buy a small car and wound up in a Pilot at Richards.Thanks Byron !!!

A++++ Service

Richards Honda is the most professional dealership I've been to. They have really great prices and a wonderful and friendly staff that greeted me immediately when I walked threw the door. I was helped by Jonathan who was very kind and nice. He made my purchase easy and took a lot of stress of the process. This dealership is the best. I will tell all my friends and family to shop at Richards Honda and you should too!!

Best Buying Experience Thus Far!!!

Me and my husband just recently purchased a 2014 Honda Odyssey. This would be the fifth vehicle that we have purchased and I must say, we were very impressed with the whole buying experience that we received at Richard's Honda. The people were very friendly and most helpful from Catherine the client care specialist, Julian the sales manager, Curtis in finance and Kathy our sales associate. (This team rocks). We would definitely purchase from Richard's Honda again!!!

Beware Internet Quotes

I received an internet/email quote that the salesperson said was accepted by the manager. When I called to verify, and was ready to come in and purchase the car, (we live out of town and need to know the price before we drive anywhere) the sales person said they no longer had any of those cars available and offered us a higher priced version. We ended up getting a good deal on another car at a local, non-Honda dealership.

Byron Lewis, salesman

We visited Richard's Honda just to get a visual view of the Civic which was on advertised special at the time. I was not wanting to talk to a salesperson at the time. But Byron Lewis approached me anyway and when I explained that I did not want the pressure of a salesman, he politely gave me his card and simply said to go about my business and if I had any questions that he would gladly answer them when I was ready. I was impressed with his manner and soon after approached him for questions. He was very knowlegable and pointed out several things that fit what I was looking for in a car. He tried to meet my needs without trying to oversell me. Thanks for a great buying experience
