We purchased a hard to find Sprinter 4500. Price was very good. I came to town to test drive. The van was what they stated on web site and transaction was quick and easy. Couldn’t have been happier.

They treated me like I was inconsequential. Like my business didn’t matter. They didn’t communicate, show empathy, or try to sell to me. I am a disabled woman who was trying to purchase a vehicle virtually. With all that is going on with COVID-19 I would have thought that they would have been more understanding and accommodating! I will never give them my business and I suggest no woman who wants to be treated respectfully go here either.

I made an appointment to test drive a vehicle. They called shortly after and confirmed the appointment. I traveled a great distance to the dealership and got a phone call from sales manager Chad about and hour and a quarter before the appt. I confirmed that was on the way and would probably be there before the appointment. I arrived a half hour before appointment time. Sales person said the vehicle had just been sold! Went to see Chad who was very rude, dismissive, said he couldn't help it if someone just came in and bought the vehicle. No apology, none, just a blow-off. What's the point of even making an appointment? They knew I was coming to see a specific vehicle, failed to honor the appointment, offered not a word of apology, and rudely told me to go ...."somewhere else"

Awesome experience. I was very leary coming to a dealership outside if Carmax because I didn't want the pressure and the haggle. I came there and it was one of the best car buying experiences that I've ever had. Tony the General Manager was a great people person and very humble. He understood all if my concerns and accommodated them. The Finance Manager Dwan Alexander explained everything in detail prior to me signing anything and wanted to make sure I was happy with the vehicle and my decision to purchase it. My salesman Alex wasn't as familiar since he was new, but he was very upfront about it and connected me immediately to the General Manager. It was a very team-oriented environment, which really made me feel very comfortable being there. I will refer this dealership to many and I look forward to returning whrn I purchase another vehicle.

Went to look at a car for sale. Their ad specifically stated 1 owner non-smoker car, no accidents, owner's manual and service records. The carfax shows an accident, two owners, and when I went and looked at the car, there was no owners manual or service records for the car - their excuse was it was bought at auction and all cars are emptied when sold. They stated their price was firm after I pointed out that for this type of specialty car (Porsche turbo @$60k), records were vital and therefore their absence devalued the vehicle.

From start to finish an Outstanding experience! The minute you step on the lot you see the quality of the inventory and the friendliness of the service! They even brought the car to me! If u are In the market, this is the place to go!!

I absolutely love this car dealership. Everyone is so genuine, professional, nice, and helpful! There are so many quality cars to choose from as well. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE! I purchased a 2010 Cadillac Escalade and only had it 3 1/2 weeks and the motor is gone in it already and not only did they not offer a warranty they said it’s nothing they are willing to do to help fix the issue so
