They went above and beyond what my expectations were today! They even made sure we got new tires since the ones that were on the vehicle were not in perfect condition in the back. I was skeptical to go to a dealership where I did not know someone, but I immediately knew that they were good for their word and felt trusting about the car I purchased. I will definitely be coming back when I need another vehicle in the future. I will also recommend this dealership to friends!

BOUGHT A 2007 SUBURBAN WHICH WAS VERY CLEAN, LAKEEM JACKSON WAS MY SALESMAN AND HE WAS VERY GOOD. HE WORKED WITH US GREAT.

I bought an Acura TL from Omar at Automax Atlanta. I purchased the car out of state and had the car delivered. The pictures online showed that the car was in excellent condition. I asked Omar if there was anything wrong with it to verify it's condition. The car had 1 yr left on the factory warranty, so I had some peace of mind. When the car arrived I noticed that there were a lot of minor issues wrong with it: Driver's side rear seat panel broken Floormats (promised that these would come with car. When Omar sent me the floormats the driver's side was missing) Oil Change & Filter (You'd expect a dealer to take care of this when selling a car) Front License Plate Bracket (required in my state) Check Engine Light on Airbag Light on Tire pressure Light on Both Factory Keys were dead (had to replace batteries). I would NOT recommend this dealer. All of these issues combined with poor customer service have made this purchase very difficult. I have purchased many cars from out of state dealers with no issues, the transactions were pretty seamless. But this purchase is by far the worst experience.

Everyone was very pleasant and patient, but the one thing that stood out at "Automax Atlanta" is that they really work hard at getting you the best deal possible and they make sure that you are satisfied. Stop at "Automax Atlanta" before going to another dealer. You guys ROCK Orlando knows how to treat you right,no high sale pressure tactics. Debra
