Lakeem was a wonderful sales person and very professional. He really did work with me in buying my lexus to make sure everything was set up the way I needed it to be. Sent a very detailed email via CARS.com with trade in info and questions regarding their MB E500 for sale. Nearly 30 hours later (weekday time frame) I got a very generic "we have the car, call if interested". No response to any of my quesitons or attempts to contact my cell phone.

We looked for weeks for the right vehicle and got very lucky to find the one we bought from Automax. We called and got very prompt service over the phone by Lakeem Jackson! Then when we got there everyone was very hospitable; it felt like going to a friend's house. They did EVERYTHING to help us get what we wanted. We made all of the decisions with out being hassled to get something that we did not want or need. Typically when one goes to a car dealership, it is not a pleasant experience. My husband did not want to look for a car because he did not want to deal with being harassed or pushed into things that we did not want or need. We were both completely surprised by the experience at Automax Atlanta in Lilburn, GA. I have NEVER done a review on a dealership because I was taught that when you have nothing nice to say you should say nothing at all. We LOVE Automax Atlanta!!
