Excellent Customer Service
The entire process was handled both professionally and with the utmost clarity as well. Kevin worked through our deal with great emphasis on making sure that the price was where we wanted to be and Jason made sure that everything was setup and understood before we proceeded with the signing of any documents. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking to purchase a new/used vehicle.

THE SALESPERSON, KEVIN PRIETO, WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY COURTEOUS DURING MY VISIT ON MAY 26 TH. HE EXPLAINED ALL DETAILS ON THE LEASE PROPOSAL, AND EXTENDED A GREAT PRICE FOR MY INTENDED LEASE. HE, ALONG WITH THE FINANCE MANAGER, JASON,MADE MY WIFE'S AND MY EXPERIENCE VERY ENJOYABLE. AS A RESULT, I AGREED TO PURCHASE THE LEASE WITH FULL CONFIDENCE.

I went to this dealer because of the amount of certified Fords they had in stock. Although I live in Yaphank, I decided to take the ride. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Thank you and I'm loving my new Mustang.

Terrible prices
This place is for suckers. I am on my 2nd ford lease and for both leases levittown ford was my first stop because it's close to my house. On both occasions they quoted me an astronomical lease price and would not budge. On both occasions I simply phoned another ford dealership and they immediately upgraded me to a better model and dropped the lease payment. Saved me like 5,000 bucks over the life of the two leases. They also make a big deal about the VIP program. Take it from me if you bring your car in for a free oil change, regardless of your scheduled appointment time you will wait for hours. I don't think the problem is with the sales staff but w/ management/owners. They don't give the sales staff room to negotiate. Some dealerships give you the best deal they can and go for volume of sales to make profit- this is not one of those. They are greedy and are literally looking to rob you blind with the prices. Don't believe me? Go in and test drive the model you're looking for. Haggle on the price then leave. I'd bet my house you'll get a better deal by far at the next ford dealer you stop in. PS_ I don't have special interests and am not affiliated with any other dealer. I just hate to see these guys robbing people blind and getting away with it. Good luck car shopping.

We are sorry you feel this way. In no way do we take advantage of our customers. We are the top volume Ford dealer on Long island and have earned that by taking care of customers given the high concentration of Ford dealers in the area. We checked your history in our system, so that we can speak about how you are feeling, but we could not find you ever visiting sales or service. I also checked the name you left under a different review stating the same claims but we were unsuccessful finding that name either. Astronomical prices
The prices at this dealership are significantly higher than those at other ford dealerships. Management simply does not provide the sale staff with room to negotiate. I have visited the establishment to test drive cars before leasing my last 2 fords. On both occasions another dealership was able to beat their price by between 2 and 2.5k over the life of the lease while also offering me an upgraded model. Also the "vip" program is useless. Yes they provide you with free oil changes..just be prepared to waste the day waiting for them to provide you with your "VIP" service. An oil change takes 20 minutes. A Vip oil change takes 4-6 hours.. All dealerships carve a profit out of each sale but Levittown Ford is downright greedy.

Recall repair
Went in for a recall on Saturday 5/13/17 I knew when I made the appointment I would have to rent a car. Got to the service dept at 8:00 am was told that Enterprise doesn't open util 9 am. Sean Accetta the service manager there took it upon himself to get me in ASAP. He let me know if I was willing to stick around a little longer than 9 he would have the car finished. And true to his word it was. So I was out by 9:30 am and I didn't have to rent a car!

Horrible very short experience !
Sale person didn't know what he had in his stock ! Asked me if I knew the price myself because he couldn't find it.... Unfriendly and very rude! Stay away from this dealer!
