CW Clarke is the best place to buy a car!

CW Clarke is the best place to buy a car! They made the whole process so seamless and easy, both Brandon and Anthony helped the entire time. Buying a car is so dreadful but definitely NOT at CW Clarke!

I recently purchased a vehicle at C.

I recently purchased a vehicle at C.W. Clarke and it was a great experience! Brandon helped me get a payment I was comfortable with and even provided me the option of a warranty! My salesperson Nestor was awesome and helped me through the buying process. I would no doubt purchase my next vehicle here!

Let me just start off by saying how great of an experience it was purchasing my vehicle from CW Clarke. Their family owned and operated company truly shines through all their staff. My fiancées car broke down and we were desperately in need of a vehicle. CW made the car buying process as smooth as could be, I can’t wait to buy another car now!

TOO SLOW TO RESPOND TO 3+ INQUIRIES

3+ inquiries on a car. The first time they communicated with me was an email asking if I had chosen a car yet. I secured a better deal/vehicle 2 days earlier. My advice about ths dealership: If you live nearby drive in. If not, email and phone inquiries sit, and sit, and SIT. They could use a better system of distributing leads and tracking follow up. If they paid me $120,000/yr. I'd tripple their investnent in 4 months...

Waiting over 3 months for a title

Update: October 26th. Still waiting to hear back. Update: October 25th. Still waiting to hear back. Update: October 24th. Still waiting to hear back. Was told the owner and salesman would get back to me. Where do I begin.....on July 25th, 2022, I saw a truck posted online that I wanted to purchase. I called CW Clarke before 8:00 and talked to a salesman and we discussed how to proceed. I was fortunate enough that they were mtg me half way in my state with the truck. We met and I signed all of the paperwork and paid with cash. Very grateful up to this point. I was given a 30 day temp tag that eventually ran out. When I called the dealership to ask about it, I was told that I could continue to drive it. When I inquired about the possibility of getting pulled over and getting a ticket, they told me that they would pay for any tickets I got. Have never been told that before when purchasing a vehicle. I sent a text to the salesman on August 20th and was told that everything was in processing. Sept 14th I was told they had the title. Oct 11th I was told it was being held up in my state's DMV. Oct 21st my DMV said they have no paperwork at all in their possession. On top of all of this, I didn't receive any paperwork stating I had purchased the vehicle until this week. I've had this truck since 7/26/22 and have only driven it 30 days. The dealer warranty was for 90 days or 3,000 miles. How fair is that since I've only been able to drive it for 30 of those days and I know that I haven't gone past 3,000 miles. They could have made things better by at least giving me another temporary tag that would have made things somewhat better. Then I would of had at least 30 more days to enjoy the truck and see if there were any repairs that would have been covered. So I guess that I could drive it the next 5 days to see if anything is wrong. Good thing is that they will pay for my tickets that I may get. How fair is all of this? 3 months to get a title. Of course, the owner will respond to this by saying to call the dealership in which I will hear more excuses and no results. So if you are here looking for advice on their business, ask to see the title before purchasing anything from them.👎

Experienced Helpful No Hidden AGENDA. Art is AWESOME he pulled the car around for the test drive allowed me to really get a feel for the car worked out THE best deal for our payments and now I own a Supercharged Jaguar.
