The initial contact and interactive was awesome UNTIL my transaction was almost complete. My purchase came with a 20 day non resident registration and it expires on 7/25, which the dealer was aware of. I turned in my paperwork on 7/9 and was advised it would be back 7/14. It is now 7/19 and I STILL do not have my registration and was advised the paperwork WAS NOT submitted yet. When I reached out to my sales rep, Farrell, he began telling me what was not in his job description. Everyone was EXTREMELY helpful to close the deal now that the transaction is partly closed no one is concerned with making sure I have a vehicle that is properly registered and can be driven. My paperwork was missed placed and I've heard nothing but excuses since my check cleared and they got the sell. Ive been in customer service for over 10yrs and I always make sure I take ownership and follow up with every customer to completion. I would never refer or use this dealer again, ever.

I purchased a used LX470 from CW Clarke. I found the vehicle on Cargurus and contacted CW Clarke through their website. I received an almost immediate response from Farrell Caldwell, who assisted me through the entire process. Being an out of state buyer, Ferrel personally emailed me many additional photos of the car and was able to locate additional proof of maintenance. Upon my arrival, I found the car as advertised, if not better. I found the entire staff to be knowledgeable salesmen, without being pushy in any way. I would highly recommend working with the CW Clarke team.

I went into CW Clarke 8/2015 to look at a vehicle that I had seen online. I pulled up and the owner Jim was outside moving cars. He was very polite and very helpful to me with all of my questions, I then spoke with Tracy one of the salesmen and he took me for a test drive I automatically fell in love with the car. I am happy to say that I was not pushed in any way to buy the car. The financing vtook 3mins for an approval max... I was shocked... When they tell you the will get you approved they do stand by there word. The experience was a pleasure and I am happy to say you will have a life long customer.. Want to purchase a car? You will get hung up on. I was interested in purchasing a 2015 Corvette and I called in twice to speak with the manager. Instead of returning my call they told me they are not interested in selling and dropped the phone. Customer service is not their expertise.

Went for a test drive today, the sale people were terrific. No pressure, no sales speeches. Nice cars at a great price..... Friendly, honest and trusting. TRY THEM NOW!

Very good experience for my 1st purchase. I love my Civic, even after I found a few flaws in the vehicle they have gone above and beyond to keep me a satisfied customer. Will update if anything changes.

C W Clarke went out of there way to find me a car that is not readily available. The found it Ohio in the color and miles I wanted. I would recommend this dealer to anyone for going outside the box to get the job done.
