Not impressed

I have bad credit, they advertise guaranteed credit. That’s what we started our conversation with. The sales person assured me they can work it out, I filled out my info and it was fine at first. Then he wouldn’t get back to me. Every time he promised to call back he hasn’t, I called and texted, he wouldn’t answer. This went on for days. He promised to let me know one way or the other by Friday, I texted again on Saturday, he apologized and said his manager wasn’t in and he is working on it now. I kinda gave up on them in my mind and went on to look for another option somewhere else. I haven’t heard back from them for another week but then the other car I was looking at at another place turned out less than what I expected so I thought I text him again since I never got a definitive no. They had the exact car I wanted. So I did, he called me back and apologized again (a week later) and said he will call me back in an hour. 3 hours later I texted again and finally got an answer, instead of a direct “no” which I’d prefer, he suggested I buy a 10 year old ford, that’s what he can get me approved for. (I was looking for a 3 year old Honda Fit). So, although I understand that he probably had other customers who he knew would buy something and he didn’t care to put effort into my case, a simple “we can’t do anything “ would be better than trying to convince me to wait and not try other places. Plus guaranteed credit is a false advertising.

sold car from underneath me

They are your typical used car dealership. I had a deal worked out via a phone conversation. I found car on the internet. I asked them to check some things to make they worked because obviously cant tell from pics, namely the dvd player. When I went , with check in hand to buy it, obviously taking it for a test run b4 purchase, the dvd player ate my dvd. This was the day b4 thanksgiving and I was going away for the weekend. They told me they would take it to their guy and get the dvd player fixed, I said ok and would come back Monday to finish the deal. They didn't even call me and sold the car as is to someone else. Don't trust them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jeff, it truly saddens me to see that you are still upset about us selling a car which you had put not even a single dollar down to hold nor did you even sign a buyers order in the first place. This Saturn Outlook, would need to belong to you in order for this review to be a valid one. The client who decided to make the purchase, realized that a non operative dvd player was not necessarily the most important feature of said unit. I am sure you have found a great Saturn Outlook by this time and wish you nothing but the best. I have your blueray disc but am having some difficulty finding a pre-owned dvd. I will see if the pirates of the Caribbean movie we have at home happens to be dead mans chest if so, i will give you mine. Thank you again, for everything. Scott Guzman

Doors Foll Of Water and Doord Would Not Open

Doors fill of water and do not work. Dealer wanted to charge me to fix this problem.

Repeat customer

Small dealership with a large selection. Honest(rare for dealers lol) but they are honest and work with their customers. From the time you enter the lot to the time you take ownership you will be walked through the entire process and made to feel nothing short of comfortable, relaxed and ensured you are being well taken care of. A dealer to trust

I bought a used 2005 Chrysler Pacifica from CW Clarke. A week later it stalled and the check engine light came on. I had a limited warranty on it and I called my salesman Jerry who recommended a mechanic. The part wasn't covered under my warranty but CW Clarke's GM Scott paid for the repair!!! How often do you hear of a used car dealership that stands behind it's sale when they would have been within their rights to say it wasn't their problem. I bought my first car at CW Clarke and I will continue to buy and recommend everyone I know to them. They are a class act from the time of the sale and even afterward.

Needed a Car ASAP! Out in 1hr

I called C.W Clarke to discuss pricing on a new car. While other dealers make you wait or practice hard (aggressive) sales I was treated with nothing but patience and kindness. Art, the salesman said ?I know we can find the right car for you? and he was right. Within minutes after our first talk I was called back by another representative that said I was approved and all I had to do was stop in. The entire team- Art, Scott, and Jim was supportive in walking me around the lot to view options, discuss details, and find the right car for me. I am now the happy owner of a Nissan Versa and could not be happier with the staff or my ride. Thank you C.W. Clarke for going above and beyond to assist me!! :)
