A car I was interested in was not at the dealership when...
A car I was interested in was not at the dealership when I arrived. I did call before leaving the house (it was an hour away) to make sure the car was there. They told me it was in repair. I asked where tim.buc.to. They weren't sure so had to check on it and then told me it was not at their location currently but would be there 3 or 4 days from now. Typical bate and switch. It was list as below Used 2010 Buick Enclave 1XL, 106,238 mi., $11,600 Now if I click ......view this car on sellers website.... it comes up with a price of $10,000

Ripped off
Bought a 2013 terrain in nov.back bumber was suppose to be fixed(worker hit the gate) by time I got up there sat its a 2 hr ride.i bought touch up paint myself.bought the truckso far have found water n mold under spare tire,hay stuffed to i guess absorb water���� my whole dash n speakers keep going out(electrical) and tonight will be 9qts of oil added in 21/2 mos.because I paid cash in full im xxxx out of luck is basically what i was told.

Tortured for not buying!
Bought a 2010 Mustang Convertible from these folks got it home and Engine light came on and nothing worked! Took it back the next morning and for three weeks they said they were "fixing" it! Call me and tell me they can't fix it, gave me my down payment back then put it back up for sale next day during Mustang week at Myrtle Beach a few miles away! Wouldn't care except it took them another month to cancel my loan. 2 months of no payments ( and 11 phone calls to the finance co) so you know what that does to a great credit score. And didn't cancel with the licence plates so I had to spend a whole day at the DMV reporting the plates stolen and paying the property taxes at the Auditor's office on a vehicle I had for 15 hours! They said they would reimburse me but the dealership should have taken care of this!

Buyers Beware
I found a car online and was advised to come to AutoWorld to look at it. I was sent to the mechanic, David Scher, whom was selling the car at the lot, but apparently on the side. My 15 year old child had saved her money to purchase her first car. We purchased the car and drove it home. We were issued a paper tag from Autoworld. The next time she went to drive it, her first time being able to drive it, the car would not go into gear. I am now being told that this was a personal sale and that we are stuck with a car that was purchased from an individual at the lot. The individual selling the car is the shop foreman, whom when I tried to call and text would not answer either. I would not reccomend doing business with this place and would definitely not take a vehicle here to be serviced if the shop foreman is selling vehicles on the side at the lot that break down in 48 hours. The car was driven less than 20 miles from the time it was purchased until the transmission went out. When I called and spoke to employees of auto world they were rude.

They stole my $2000 and car after 8 Days without notice!!!! Shiesty Dealership!!! Very disappointed with them being a first time buyer they took advantage of that!!!

Used Car Buying
Jason Allen and the rest of the staff were the absolute best! Jason assisted me in gathering everything I needed because I had prequalified for a vehicle and live 3 hours away. They held my vehicle with a small deposit. When I got to the dealership Jason took me on a test drive. When we got back to the office he processed my paperwork and I went to financing. Before I knew it Jason was handing me my keys to my new vehicle and I was headed back home! I HIGHLY recommend AutoWorld of Conway for your car buying needs and please ask for Jason. He was AWESOME!
