My grandmother needed a new vehicle. Usually buying a car is a totally stressful experience-but not this time. The salesman, Mike Rowe, made the entire process totally stress and worry free. She wanted a Cadillac and was he was able to find the perfect car for her. There were no hidden surprises or complications and she could not be happier with her car. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone I meet who needs to buy a car and is worried the process will be too stressful. Mike Rowe definitely made my grandmother a satisfied customer!

I recently purchased an 08 Dodge Ram, the service was excellent all around from the sales rep Juan, to the finance team. They asked me what I felt comfortable paying every month and we're able to keep my payments within that range, even with having a less than stellar credit score. When I originally went in to test drive the truck, I let them know up front when I would be able to have the down payment, they accepted a small non-refundable deposit to hold it for me which also went towards my down payment. There was a slight hiccup in the financing, so I was called back in to resign my contract two weeks after the original purchase date. However, it was on the bank's end not theirs. Rick went to great lengths to adjust the original contract in order to get my payments to where the bank would accept financing. They truly believe in customer satisfaction, and will do whatever they can to make sure they go above and beyond for their customers. I would recommend them to anyone, whether you've bought a vehicle before, or you're a first time buyer like myself.

had my mind set on a car but to be honest the staff was very pleasant but when came to try car it was dead and needed battery then the staff member told me , sir remember the cars in that part of the lot are as is, did not want to hear that when car was dead and had to trust that, thats was the only issue when staff said as is sir, lol. sort of scared me away
