Fast and friendly
When I pulled into the dealership I was greeted propmtly and courteously!! Everyone was very friendly like I was family! My vehicle was repaired and returned back to me in less than an hour. I will definitely be back!!

Oil change
Every single time I go to Chevyland, something just has to go wrong...I asked for a car wash, they didn't do it before bringing it out. They are nasty and don't care about your property, I always have oil and dirt all over everything they've touched! If It wasn't a hassle to go elsewhere, I WOULD!!

service review
Good morning I went to the dealership for a oil change. I feel as though I did not get my moneys worth. First off them did not rotate my tires I asked why I was told by Carmeron that they were not manufactor wheels and they could not rotate my tires. I explained that I use Bossier location and they always rotate my tires and vaccaum the inside out and clean and wipe the windshield none of this was done and I will never use cheveyland on youree drive again. I will go elsewhere. I feel like I was over charged because none of the services was provided. I would not have any complanits if I just could have gotton my tires rotated. And it says on the statement lube oil , filter and rotate tires.

Horrible
My 2011 camaro is under recall for ignition and power seats. Took it in and they didn't even do anything. Took it to the back, waited 45mins just to get back the same way I gave it to them. It's funny that a retired fire chief was there to get a nail removed from his tire only to return within 15mins for the same issue. They never removed the nail. Never going back, they freaking suck....

Bad service
I specifically asked the Tec if my brakes were ok and he said yes. Months later I discover that the brakes were bad and now I need new rotors. Horrible service!
