These guys were absolute y amazing they helped us right away didn't give us any false hope.. everybody knows buying a car can be very stressful but these guys made the process so easy they helped us get our dream vehicle they were very patient answered all our questions and even took us the banks to try and get our vehicle financed.. I am not generally a fan of the car buying experience, but Michael Herndon and the rest of the team at City Auto in Murfreesboro made the process soooo easy! I had emailed with Michael over the course of a week or so about different autos I saw on the City Auto website. When we arrived at the dealership, my husband and I were greeted in a friendly, professional manner. Michael really listened to what we were looking for in a new-to-us vehicle, patiently answered our questions and never pressured us in the least. When we decided on the right car for our family. Michael and Kent Watson walked us through the trade-in and credit process, and the finance people were great. Bought a 2017 Dodge Dart in January. Around 3 weeks in the only keyfob I got with the car stoped working. I contacted my sales guy Matthew Dowdy about it and he hooked me up with there key guy to get it looked at. He cleaned it up and it worked about another week and a half and started working when it wanted to... Matthew got with his sales manager and they replaced it free of charge! Customer service is #1at City Auto! Matt gave me his personal cell where I can reach him with any question or concern 24 hours a day! What sales guy does that?? Matt and City Auto are top notch! If you are in the market for a used car go no where else!

I hate the car buying experience. I looked at City Auto's website, saw a car I liked, called Chris Bowen "Kiwi" and made an appointment for the next day to look at the car. When I arrived I was greeted in a friendly, professional manner. Kiwi had already pulled the car to the front of the lot and had it waiting for me. Chris Bowen, Kiwi, is the best salesman I've worked with, hands down. I've had credit score issues and am somewhat of a challenge to sell a vehicle to.
