Stopped by to look at a Nissan Titan based on my discussion with Gerald ealier in the week. We started out with one sales person, who lasted all of 30 seconds then had to be called back to the office (thought that was kind of strange). We then were put in touch with Cheyenne Moon who was excellent. She walked us through the whole process and updated us often as we were in the waiting area for quite a while. We were very satisfied with Cheyenne and would prefer to work with her in the future.

In the early stages of car shopping for a family-friendly SUV, we stopped by City Auto in Murfreesboro, TN while out there running errands. We were not there anticipating to purchase a vehicle that day. However, things changed. Steven Ray, the salesman, was the first to greet us. He was not pushy, annoying, or anything like your stereotypical salesman would be in your head. He asked questions and let us talk more than he talked. He was very personable and made our experience outstanding. He provided a thorough answer to ever y question we had. If he didn't know, he made a quick phone call to get the answer we needed. He insisted a test drive in a few different models, just to get an idea of what we were looking for - even though we made it clear we weren't looking to purchase that day. (... I guess that's how they get you) He walked us through what to expect in the buying process. Gave us little hints to get better pricing and APR. After the sale, he called us numerous times to ensure that we were happy. A few days after the sale, a few weeks later, then a month or two down the road. Highly recommend City Auto and especially Steven Ray.
